I have the same lure but a smaller one. I never use it, but by seeing this video I'm going to try it out for sure. Nice video🔥 You are almost 10K💪🏼, Greetings from #dsportfishing ✌🏻
The Mirrordine still kicks ass and I like you haven't really used it much in the last few yrs but I still think it is one of the best top water lures ever made. Simple design and not real fancy but continually produces time after time. Now after seeing this vid I am def gonna be tieing one on soon
I think I've said this before on your videos but you handle fish perfectly. Have you ever considered knocking off the barbs on your hooks, sence you release a lot of fish, and possibly switching over to single hooks instead of treble hooks?
Glad you rediscovered the Mirrodine!! It has been my go-to Speckled Trout lure for the last 5 or 6 years, and whenever I go wade fishing in the Melbourne Beach area, I always take at least 3 of the mirrodines. They never fail to catch fish!! Great job!!
Your so right. It is the best trout bait for sure. I use it in steinhatchee FL and in st Augustine all the time with great success. I caught trout w it and reds in my latest vid!
It’s an all around lure, I use it all the time in the mangroves, inshore and the reef. The one thing I do because I release most of my catch is replacing the treble for inline hooks.
I haven't thrown a mirrodine in about a year. Swimbaits have been just getting it done here in fort pierce. Im Gonna go wading on A1A near Jensen in the a.m. prob throw a mirrodine just to see what happens. Tight lines bro!
@@calebbellizio4985 been real decent, alot of snook stacking up in the inlet, getting ready to head out and spawn. Reds have been off A1A along with snook and tarpon near FPL. Maybe I'll see you out there! Tight lines, TBG.
mirrodine is one of my confidence baits. Its an awesome search bait. Works well under schools of mullet when the fish seem to ignore a live bait in the school. You might also want to toss a DOA baitbuster also.. work it slow with same twitch as the mirrodine.
I’ve been catching big button trout on mirror lures since the were the LS Bait Co. I even caught a Mangrove snapper on one a couple of weeks ago. Old school still works!
The Mirrordine kicks ass!! I like you haven't been using it for a while now but it is def one of the best top water lures ever. The simple design and lack of fancy add ons make it a classic. Have caught hundreds of fish on them and like you said snook trout reds jacks etc...will all eat it. Gonna have to dig around in some tackle boxes and find a few to tie on soon!!!!😎👍👍
The tarpon are fully loaded in cape coral canals. You of all people could catch more than a handful. A day of only tarpon. They always seem to be out of casting distance for me on the seawalls
They do catch a lot of fish, one day back in April the fish had just turned off, I pulled out the mirrodine and put 3 trout in the boat in like 12 minutes.
Wow an inshore slam in no time on the "Dine" and then seal the deal with a beautiful slot snook!!! Great job looks like i'll be dusting off and sharpening the hooks on my mirro lures and using them again!!! GREAT JOB I've gotta get me one of them JM signature rods soon!!!
Mirrolure makes several great lures time fade-away lures attractiveness to fishermen not fish the TT 18 is another great option when in slightly deeper water and the 52 M when your working deep mangrove cuts in current and docks
I caught a jack so small I may of rigged it and caught a 12” mangrove on it, it was that tiny. I love your videos I kayak fish now but will be upgrading to probably a gheenoe Classic around January.
30 pound mono you mean as a leader right. Looks like braid main line. And I switched my trebles with circle hooks hook up is better and trebles mirrolures come with are cheap
8m in the Market for a 20/40lb heavy action rod n thought I'd give your product a shot. Right up to the point of shipping costs. First your product is a little more expensive than the Fenwick rod I was looking at by about $70 n I can handle that as you get what you pay for but I can't c myself paying $60 more for shipping after your discount code (Justin).
sweet bro you are crazy that jump in the water bare foot glad you came out with no cuts.....What is the make model and size of that canoe /Ganoe and length ?look fiberglass either its super stable or you have really spiderman balance....Any ways im subscribed and will be diging in my main saltwater box for my old Mirrodines....pretty sure i have that same color LOL...cool video cant wait to show my son.....
Hello Justin, what brand is your canoe or boat that you use in your videos, can you tell me the characteristics, hugs from Costa Rica, my friend and thank you.
Dear Justin, sorry for the inconvenience, but you can tell me that there are dealers in Miami, where I can, see them and buy one, thanks for your help brother, I'll wait for you in Costa Rica one day, so that we can fish together Hugs.
Bro...bring it down to ft.myers port charlotte area. I have pictures. Btw love your vids and am looking at doing the same. Oh and cape coral has the most canals in the U.S.
So close to 10K subs! SUBSCRIBEEE!

You’ll get there bro faith 🇯🇲🤘🏻
The money everyone let's get their
Another quality video Justin. We use the MirrOdine a lot up here in Va Beach. Great go to lure. Where in Florida are you fishing?
That lure is like the only thing I’ve ever used inshore and it slays
That’s sad it’s the only thing u use
Squirrel It’s not the only thing I use but I use it a lot. And how’s it sad?
@Texas Bullet yessir

Mirrolure been making top notch lures for years, been catching snook and reds for a long time with them, great video, thanks for sharing..
Solid day on a single lure. Good on ya for caring about the fishery and not manhandling the trout like so many others do.
Glad you rediscovered the Mirrodine!! It has been my go-to Speckled Trout lure for the last 5 or 6 years, and whenever I go wade fishing in the Melbourne Beach area, I always take at least 3 of the mirrodines. They never fail to catch fish!! Great job!!

I love that lure too man great for fresh water too I always change the hooks out to single inline hooks great video bro keep it up 👍 🔥
It’s an all around lure, I use it all the time in the mangroves, inshore and the reef. The one thing I do because I release most of my catch is replacing the treble for inline hooks.
What is the benefit of changing the hooks?
Stronger, fish are less likely to shake off, and a little safer to deal with inline hooks compared to trebles.
I haven't thrown a mirrodine in about a year. Swimbaits have been just getting it done here in fort pierce. Im Gonna go wading on A1A near Jensen in the a.m. prob throw a mirrodine just to see what happens.

How’s it been there recently. I’m moving back and used to love it

the bright pink over yellow mirrodine is extremely popular here in va and is no doubt a trout killer
Your narration while casting and snagging is Awesome..!!! You make fishing exciting.
Definitely one of my favorite baits both inshore and freshwater. It's good people aren't talking about it much these days.

Dope as hell that they’re selling your rod on the site. Good stuff man!
Mirror deans is a fish slayer. Great work showing it still slays em! Wondering if bass would like it?🤔
I tried it on bass and haven’t got a bite yet but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time.
Slayed it 🔥 you jumped out of the boat with the quickness to get that snook, that’s how it’s done 🙌🏾
Mirrodine is still INSANELY popular. Like you said, still probably one of the top 5 (I'd say even top 3) inshore lures ever.
Just used it in St. Pete off the beach and slayed 20 plus inch trout. Great bait.
Same. Caught 3 trout on a 17mr this morning at Ft Desoto.
Aaron Higgs Can we write on Instagram? I‘m from Germany and I have so much questions about fishing :D
Aaron Higgs I mean fishing in Tampa or something like this
Some days you go fishing And some days you go catching !!!! Great video Justin.
Mirrodine was doing some work👍🏻 Thanks for the upload
Bro you swat team exited the boat for that 29”. Keep Slaying Slayer

Classic Justin move. Jump out 😂
Awesome vid Justin and a big congrats on having your own rod lineup! Keep up the good work.
I actually used the mirodine this morning and caught 18 trout 4 reds and 1 small snook. Great vid
I have one tied on a rod everytime I go. I use the orange with brown back. Very productive twitch bait.
It’s a lure that works better when it’s cold. It’s a very good lure. Lure
Mirrolure makes several great lures time fade-away lures attractiveness to fishermen not fish the TT 18 is another great option when in slightly deeper water and the 52 M when your working deep mangrove cuts in current and docks
Congratulations on your fishing poles line ups. 👍🏻
I like the mirrordine use it in North Florida all the time.
Up here in Jacksonville the 17mr mirrodine in the baby trout colorway is my go to unless I’m throwing top water.
Custom color cotton candy Mirrodines are killer
Double slam. The Melbourne area is such an underrated fishery. You should bring a fly rod next time.
I really like the new custom rod, design is on point.
Been using the Mirrodine for a long time. They stand up to sharp toothed fish like no other lure.
Always used the chartuse catch 2000. Good lures.
mirrormini's work real well in all condition's goldflash and whitebait color twitch twitch bammmm
I caught a lizard fish on it
I caught a jack so small I may of rigged it and caught a 12” mangrove on it, it was that tiny. I love your videos I kayak fish now but will be upgrading to probably a gheenoe Classic around January.
My Great Uncle used a "Pico Perch" in late 50s to 60s ..the early Hot Spot......and Mirrodine
If I had to pick one lure, it would be the Mirrodine in that olive color. I’d just replace those hooks.
What hooks?
@@FishiganMilligan BLACK NICKEL #4 TREBLE 4X STRONG VMC
Besides a cal paddletail 3 in i think it just might be the best lure
Good vid man, jumping off boat for the big girls like its 2016.
Hand to fish combat. Love it.
Amazing vid as always can’t wait to go check our ur rods.
Thanks👍
What canoe is that? Would you highly recommend it?
Dude you were slaying it on that mirrolure. Sick video as always bro!
We’ve crushed some big snook on mirror deans
Love your videos Justin and congrats on the new rods

My first fish ever on my kayak was a nice trout with that lure the mirrodine!
Yozuri 3d glass minnow is the absolute best lure in the market

Can you tell me the specifications of that rod?
Keep up the good work on all your videos. I love the Gheenoe setup I’m planning to get one soon. Hopefully get some nice videos soon.
Do U normally use clips or attach direct to the line?
Mirrodine, the best lure for me. No doubt !!

Boat is called a 15'4" Gheenoe Highsider.
Hello Justin, what brand is your canoe or boat that you use in your videos, can you tell me the characteristics, hugs from Costa Rica, my friend and thank you.
Gheenoe 15'4" Highsider
Also what trolling motor mount is that I need one on the ghee
I bought it from Custom Gheenoe in Titusville.
Dear Justin, sorry for the inconvenience, but you can tell me that there are dealers in Miami, where I can, see them and buy one, thanks for your help brother, I'll wait for you in Costa Rica one day, so that we can fish together Hugs.
Bro you’re cool has hell stay safe out there!
Cool video and I dig your boat, what’s the setup?

Bro...bring it down to ft.myers port charlotte area. I have pictures. Btw love your vids and am looking at doing the same. Oh and cape coral has the most canals in the U.S.
Mirrodeen and Fatboy were the first two lures I really learned how to fish saltwater on! It's why my channel is named the way it is!
What pound braid does your stratum have on it?
15 lb
Thanks and I meant stratic
You killed it buddy...

If I only had one lure to throw, it’s this one - Bayou Green.

Fish at 4:00 looked like a baby horse eye jack
Great video! Classic lure. 👍

Yesssssuhhhh
Are you in a canoe or gheenoe? I like the motor mount
Gheenoe
I find it funny when people say, “it still works x amount of years later”. Did you think fish changed their appetite?
