    This is one of my favorite workouts from you. The prone exercises are pure torture, but the rest of the workout is like a huge reward for the suffering. Especially the final section, so fun!

    Hello Desiree I’m so excited that you posted another video for prone workout. I realized that this type of exercise suits my body best. I’ve been doing your recent video for back stretching and strengthening exercises and I’m happy to report that my back feels wonderful. I’m no longer in excruciating pain. And at the rate this is going I know that in another week, this upper back pain will be history. So that’s my little update. I’m very thankful. Initially I was worried that doing strengthening exercises with stretching exercises will aggravate my pain but it was the complete opposite. I was only stretching and was still in pain until I decided to challenge myself and do that workout. I saw changes the second day and it’s been getting better each day. You might just be a miracle worker Desiree. Keep up the good work. You are helping loads of ppl like myself. Blessings to you.

      Yayyy that is such wonderful news! I'm soooo happy you gave it a shot and it's helping your body get stronger and pain free! That's why I talk about the importance of stretching AND strengthening ALL the time. And not only that...but the importance of obtaining balance within our bodies...meaning the front AND back of our bodies should have equal strength and flexibility. So happy for you...I provide the workouts but YOU put in the work...keep it up! XOXO

    Desiree!, I just revisited and completed the advanced series 1,2 and 3 and it felt amazing doing these series again, soooooo incredible, challenging and effective. These series were and still are 3 of my favorite! Summer ready ladies?. Revisit these 3 workouts for a week and see the results. Desiree you're simply the best!     I love this workout so much. I can't wait to do it again and then try your advance series part 3. This is probably my all time favorite workout now. It has everything and done in a fun and supportive environment. I've done a lot of Pilates class and, after a while, they all start to look the same. I love how creative your workouts are, inspired by your ballet training. Thank you so much.
    Would it be too much to ask for a part four?! You are a gifted teacher and I cannot get enough of your exercises.

The reason I sectioned my first three into 3 parts is because all together they make up a very long Pilates class...first with supine work, then prone work, and finishing with side work.     Hallo
    I've startad doing your pilates with these tree-part films. (I've done your back films before but not for the whole body.) I think they are beautiful. A great workout and relaxing at the same time. I especially like the last combination in the second film. I've also been doing your beginner ballet from December 2019. Working my way up to the intermediate one. It's wonderful to feel that I'm improving.

    Awesome workout . At first I was kinda afraid to do it beacause i was thinking it was gonna be all about back extentions that i don't really like but then i discoverd it was about the whole body with very nice legs and butty exercices so i got really glad

    Hi! I looove your workouts and do them religiously. Wanted to ask you how often one should do pilates in a week. Is it necessary to supplement it with other forms of exercise? I just do pilates and go for longish walks. Is that good enough? Thanks!

      It depends what your ultimate goals are! If you’re looking to just maintain your current weight and just move your body to feel good and energized then keep doing what you’re doing. If you’re looking to lose weight, I’d try incorporating more cardio/HIIT types of workouts in your routine. Be sure if you want to lose weight you’re fueling your body with healthy nutritious foods...you cannot out exercise a bad diet, so what you consume is extremely important! 💖💖💖
