Hi guys!
What did you think of my healthy holiday recipes? Do you have any recipes you love? For those of you who are in the USA I wanted to include an early workout so you can get your exercise out of the way before Thanksgiving dinner! I know I always need to put on sweatpants in the evening because my belly is so full and happy. Anyway I want you to get a total body toning exercises in so here is one of my favorite intense 30 min full body pilates workouts! You are welcome to use ankle weights if you want an extra push but it’s totally fine to do this with no equipment! Let me know what you think if you complete this! Hope you feel stronger and know I am thankful for every one of you!

She gives you the right amount of reps, stretches and breaks. Spends equal time on all areas of the body. Plus her voice is very soft and encouraging .
I never thought I would enjoy pilates, but tried it and its much better than high intensity and I feel much better. Time flies by so quickly. Thanks!!
I got a bit of a sweat on. This is the third plates workout I have done from your channel and I LOVE them. I really appreciate the small reminders to keep your muscles engaged throughout the workout. I also love all the stretches in between.
It was such a meditative experience, and your voice is so relaxing. For me it was intense even without ankle weights. I was fully engaged in all exercises (usually I get bored easily or just in my mind, hard to focus). Such a wonderful workout to start a day. Thank You. Love

I’m not the first one to say it, but your full body Pilates are always the best! It’s calm and slow but you still feel all the small neglected muscles of your body working out intensely! Since it doesn’t get your heart pumping to much, it makes it into a great Saturday / Sunday morning workout in order to start the week on a fresh foot! Got back to pilates after a long break in working out, like 1 month without having energy or time to do it caused by stress, and after only 4 days of doing pilates or yoga I already feel so much more stronger and better with my energy levels. Yup, I remember. Initially it was so hard for me. Every 2-3 min I would take breaks. But now even though sometimes I slow down. I can do the whole workout without a pause or break. Thank you so much.

I like the variety, and the various moves were challenging but not complicated to do. Meaning, I felt the workout and the burn and didn't struggle to find the right form. I am a recent follower and look forward to finding more of your workouts.

I love these and how well they challenge my body but with low cardiac intensity! I'm wondering what your workout regimen entails each week; do you mostly focus on pilates or do you switch things up? Do you ever use free weights or do cardio workouts? What's your routine like if you have one? I used to go to the gym, but I've started doing pilates and yoga in the mornings/evenings at home and they're such a great way to help me connect to myself in a more relaxed environment, and I love to find challenging workouts that can meet that. I'm looking to explore many different types of workouts for each day during finals season at school and to get a nice feasible routine going. Do you have any advice/inspiration/tips?
