This way of doing the exercises was a lot of fun and made for a good variety even though one did them twice. The second more fast paced part made me challenge myself more than usual, which is great! I would love a part two, perhaps with even more intervals?! :)

great one! i like that there is a slower first round of intervals followed by a quick, intense round. i ike the variety of movements, feels like the whole body is moved and strengthened. i actually have a suggestion: an optional 5min full body stretch at the end of the video (legs/shoulders/hips)?

I'm certainly one of your "older" fans here. Put simply, I LOVE your workouts and your kind and graceful teaching. With many years of athletics and yoga, I have such a problem with feet over the head, in back, where my middle (a little bust-large) feels like its crushing my lungs. Any advice? You are a pure joy to watch...and so is Lulu!

Roll back as far as it’s still comfortable for you…you can also place your hands on your lower back/bottom for support and weight your pelvis heavy in your hands. 🥰💖👍🏼

This was such a fun workout! LOVE this format! I’m going in for a hysteroscopy/laparoscopy next Friday for diagnostic purposes & told myself I’d try to stay active beforehand because I know I won’t be able to for a bit after the procedure. I think this will become a daily workout until then! Short but challenging!
