That was very very good. First time on your channel. I'm glad did the workout even if one of the poses was hard for me. It was the one where you stretch your leg to the side and pulse a few times while you are in a plank position. I'm 70 yrs old but keep trying. Thank you very much.😓

I really enjoyed and was challenged by these advanced moves, some of which I have not done in a while, like Neck Pull. I loved the variation Roll like a Ball with Rollover: felt great. I could not do Roll like a Ball with Squat today for some reason; it’s a move I’ve done with u in several videos! The body’s a funny thing; but u just gotta flow. Loved the class: thank u!
