Do we have to take it 3 x a day? Can we take it just one a day. I mean does it have to be spread out to meat the daily dosage?
I trust my Chiro with my life. Ive had several in 35 yrs. I will never frust an MD for health advice. They do not know nutrition or how to diagnose deficiency properly. All illness is a deficiency in something. Its been along road to my Health optimization.

That was very valuable information. I am trying to find a product that can successfully lower my cholesterol and blood sugar and I think this may be it.
I have read that the pancreas has shut down insulin due to bumpy sticky nodules on the pancreas. Is this true and does berberine remove the mass from the pancreas so it can work? How can I tell when it is cleansing the pancreas? Elimination of the mass stuff

Maybe you don't want to use the more absorpable forms, so your gut bacteria can get some of it?

Chromium / ethylvanadium for type 1
(All u need) (70mg chromium sulphate Powder chemical grade per day - type 1&2)

I took Berberine 1200 mg. For the first week or so, it had no symptoms. But I took it as normal with a meal and within 2 hrs I was heaving my guts out. I thought I had gotten the flu and went to bed at 5 pm and didnt wake up until 8 am. Felt bad all day. I didnt realize that it was the berberine and took it again a few days later and the same thing happened. Very sad because I was hopeful with this supplement because of all the great benefits. Is it because it's too many mgs? I'm afraid to even take just 1 capsule at 600 mgs.

Look in to niacin b3 I took it for my cholesterol triglycerides my hormones dr put me on it .. I had to take one tablet for ten days than went to two for ten mote days I got up to 4 tabs a day for about a year now I just take two and it brought it down so I went to UA-cam to look it up and they talked about schizophrenic and how it helps people with it but you gotta make sure it’s the flushing kind you will flush for about 15 min. Hope this helps go look at UA-cam’s on it
