I've been doing this daily for approx a month - once, little break, then again. My arm strength has improved SO MUCH. The first time I did it, I was like "How are they able to keep their arms up!?". I had to keep putting mine down for a rest. By 2-3 weeks though, I was doing it! My secret - I do it while sitting on the floor. If I had to stand, I think I would've been like "Meh, too tired" and not kept with it. Effective workout, thank you!
Ayesha Irfan In terms of appearance, not yet. My arms however are where fat seems to like to stay on my body so I need to try to burn some of it off. But it's definitely made a difference in terms of strength and I feel like I am toning but just can't see it as yet.

I did slack off for a bit but am back to doing some kind of arm work daily. Nowadays I do a combo of different arm YT vids, for a daily workout of 10-20 mins. Still while sitting! I am looking to do more cardio though in order to move my stubborn arm fat. But yes, I can confirm - persistence pays off!

I love these short workouts so much! I struggle to motivate myself so I always say "just do one 5 minute workout from UA-cam and you can stop" but I always end up doing a minimum of 3 or 4. Really appreciate these, please make more 😁💙

Thanks for this workout. I love that it's short. At the beginning I kept taking short breaks because I couldn't keep my arms up, but after a few days , no problem ( I surprised myself). I do this while hulahooping with a weighted hulahoop. While hulahooping, the arms aren't really doing anything, so this a a great combination. Sara says to hold the core, I believe hulahooping helps with that. In any case I love this workout!

I've been doing this workout for about 6 months now, 4 times a week. I can tell you its given me the most toned capped shoulders (in a cute way haha, not overly muscular) and has made me feel so much stronger. But just to warn you it won't get rid of the bat wings haha, still looking for a workout for that!

@@amalelghailani3258 I think that this workout makes the arms stronger but in order to lose weight in the arms it’s essential to eat less calories overall and do cardio, too, because exercises like these don’t burn so many calories.. but they do help muscles grow, so for that, this is a pretty good workout in my opinion 😊

Hello all. I’ve been doing this workout twice a day due to working at home during quarantine. Just a tip. It does work but my shoulders started to wear a bit. Give it a break and get some low kg weights and do some bicep curls too (look up a vid on how). They have helped me target that lil area with the flabby fat on the arms and I can finally feel actual progress. I have a long sleeve that my arms barely fit into and yesterday it feels comfortable.
My body says thank you for being able to stay strong during Corona 💪🏻 I don't have to lose all my muscle during this quarantine. Will probably come back to this video once we can leave our houses again. This is just wonderful.
I used to do this for a couple of days and It always burnt like hell, but after some time I quitted anyway because of small results. After that I started doing "extreme" arm workout by Holly Dolke and that was really a challenge but it gave amazing results. Now i gave my arms a little break after weeks with Holly and guys, I barely felt any burn doing it! This workout is fine, is easy and a perfect way to finish your every day workout. But if you really want some big changes and bigger challenge I personally recommend Holly :)
