When I click open project it usually sends me straight to the place where it shows the projects I am working on. But now it is sending me to somewhere else in my files and I don't know where my projects are located in my files, please help
Is there anyway to read that link without opening the AE project? That link is used in Premiere to bring files back into AE. I would like to be able to see the path without having to open it in AE.
hey i want ur help. when i imported my PR sequence into AE it didn't match and said replace it with AE composition so i clicked on that. but the orginal file and clips have been replaced by the PR project clips.. how to get those clips. ?? plzz REPLY ASAP!🙏

And after I checked up my PC, I can’t find my editing stuffs (especially my project files) and right now I’m so miserable. I thought it was deleted because my harddisk was changed into a new one. Do you have any idea to recover the project files? Thank you.
@@88mayuresh Hey there, old comment but maybe it will help someone. If you rendered it with Media encoder you should be able to find the project file that media coder creates when it starts the render out of after effects. It should be named whatever your comp was that was rendered through media encoder. If you're on windows check out a free search tool called Everything, if you just type the name of your video (assuming that's the same as the comp you're trying to find), it should bring up the video file along with the AME project file that you can open and make changes in.

Honestly I'm not sure as I usually do my edits with Resolve I haven't used Premiere's features
i use mac and i tried cmd + e it just opens up the preview of the quicktime HELP I LOST ALL MY WORK :/

You should probably contract the place that serviced your system on getting your files recovered
I enabled auto save but it’s not there in the folder

I dont use VLC player so Im not sure why it would do that
