I still don't understand one thing, our grandparents were never been food conscious but still they were looking slim in their young age. They were eating s lot for sure. 1. No "street food" which are high fat high salt and high carb. 2. No fancy food. Fancy doesn't mean western. Even Sahi paneer is a fancy food. 3. Portio size control due to poverty or lack of abundance . Normal dal Chawal roti will never make you fat. Because you can't eat lot of rice or roti with plain dal sabji. 4. Less refined food in the kitchen.
@@Bibekdas_1983Well can't agree with you, my grandfather was in British navy, though he was Indian but his lifestyle was absolutely like those British people, he used to eat a lot of bread (maid of refined flour of course)😢and canned food including salmon, chicken, tuna and many more, though he never eat street side food ever but still used to attend a lot of parties and used to go to the dinner thrown by his colleagues every now and then, his food habit was also very different from most of the Indians cause I have hardly seen him eating daal chawal and sabzi roti, it was rather oily and spicy mostly, but still he was extremely fit, he never had diabetes, BP or anything, he lived like a king till the age of 82 and died a normal death, so I think its all about your genes

Pink salt doesn’t have iodine so it’s not good for people with hypothyroidism. Regular consumption of pink salt can cause deficiency of iodine. There is reason why iodine was added in the salt while processing whereas pink salt isn’t processed. It has its pros & cons

Gluten and Lactose intolerance is not rare at all. Please read about it and you will know . In fact most people now days are becoming lactose intolerant due to the quality of milk and additives . Same goes with wheat .. People who actually have it know how it goes so please do a little research before commenting .
Its all about individual's body type. Even for me Lactose and gluten dont work and it took me almost a decade to realize that!! And also what helps me is one banana after each meal.
These so called CELEBS explain simple diet as some discovery.. Its simple - I avoid dailry as i am lactose intolerant, Dal Chawal, Roti, Chicken thoda kaata hu.. Kaam Zyaada hai to thoda badaleta hu. I lost Suniel shetty around 2.08 when he said 100 to 150 gms protein twice a day that's around 300 gm a day that's a lot .Only professional bodybuilders could eat that much of protein if they weigh around 100 kilos atleast that is thrice their bodyweight.he would be around 80 kilos at the most. I wish there was a woman in there as well. Healthy diets that men follow wouldn't exactly be suitable for women as our hormones and menstrual cycles play a very important role in what we need to be eating. It would've been nice to get that perspective especially for the female audience.

He stated around 1600-1700 cals. You can’t do 350-400 gram of protein (macro weight) plus 200 gram of carbs in that amount of calories
I lost Suniel shetty around 2.08 when he said 100 to 150 gms protein twice a day that's around 300 gm a day that's a lot .Only professional bodybuilders could eat that much of protein if they weigh around 100 kilos atleast that is thrice their bodyweight.he would be around 80 kilos at the most. Either he has no clue about protein numbers because he is old school and back in his times people just ate good food or he is just throwing random numbers for the sake of the video.150 gms for the whole day into 4 to five meals sounds legit to me.And you don't say 150 to 200 ,its either one or the other.
