Too much is hyped about Anil Kapoor being ageless but not many people know how much he dyes his hair and uses layers of makup to look much younger and better than he actually is. If Milind did that he would look 10000 times better than him. Right now still he looks 100 times better than him and most of the Bollywood heroes his age 😁

@@nadeemshaikh7863 bro nothing is wrong infact its very important to developed even if you switch over to calisthenic training i was hardcore gym person and i used to lift heavy and developed my strength through weight training but now since one year im gyming beacuse of covid so i switch over to calisthenic training which mean bodyweight and i do 500 push ups 200 burpees 500 free squat and half n hours running 3 days a week very easily and i developed these energy beacuse of weight training one you started to lift you wont feel your weight is very heavy so gym is very important

Society has its own norms like height, complexion, face, nose, eyes, hairs and many others norms to define what beauty is. Both perspectives are fine... but your own perspective is more important for your own life.

Today I met him in Peter England showroom grand launch in Dibrugarh, Assam. He is so handsome I can't tell you. Age is just a number for him. I guess I am the most luckiest person to have a conversation with him, whatever little time it was. I also took a selfie and an autograph from him. I also performed 20 push ups to impress him. I also won dart contest. He is also a very warm and kind hearted person. He made my day. Lots of love and respect to him. ❤❤❤
