Dude when the doctors check your blood pressure and give you THAT look... followed by a "you're too young to be hypertense" wich was my diagnose at first... not gonna lie that made fall down the spyral even further a few months ago. Edit: My levels are normal now and my compulsion to check my vitals is a lot better now, there's the ocasional spike since i'm still struggling with this but there's definitely been some progress!
@@DelvReign Tips are hard to give mate cause if they dont work you get even more dissapointed, How I learnt was to take each day as it come, I was always rushing to get better to change something but then I just said if this is how I have to live for the rest of my life then so be it, I still have the odd shakey moments or days but I dont try to change it or think somethings wrong its just who I am, I think if you look at Cats is a great example, a cat when it sees a dog tightens up an raises it back waiting to see what happens, thats like anxiety sufferers everyday, but why is it some cats an dogs get along?? High blood pressure, headaches, anxiety. Although a rare condition, if you have these symptoms you should get screened for pheocromacytoma. Usually done via a 24h urine test. Look it up.
I can definitely relate with Leo. The intrusive thoughts were the scariest. I even got diagnosed with OCD. Luckily I chose not to identify with that label and now I’m doing better than ever and the fear of symptoms isn’t running my life.
Well , there has to be a name for it . There is nothing wrong with having OCD. But I also think that some people only have anxiety but because the thoughts are so repetitive, it’s easy for it to be diagnose as so many other things. But it’s just anxiety .
