      No seriously bro, psychologically speaking this works so much to calm someone going through this. I'm not a psychologist so I'm not sure why, but any person who has struggled with this will vouch for what I'm saying. I know it's not the best thing, but I was hanging out with friends and started getting into that health anxiety mindset, I told them I had to go. Came here. And I'm coming back to reality for the moment.

      @@ecomm7048 100% agree with you. Im recovering still but feeling much better than before. No more panic attacks. Just set backs here and there. My last panic attack was almost 2 years ago now and my first panic attack was 4 years ago. Now im just experiencing setbacks here and there.
      Anyways these recovery stories really do help.

    • @infinitepossibilities337
      @infinitepossibilities337 10 місяців тому +1

      You guys will both be ok. It’s the fear over how you feel that’s keeping the feeling going. Try to just allow the dizziness and not fight it, fix it, or fear it. Just allow it to be there and know that it’s temporary and not dangerous. It’s not an overnight fix but keep treating it this way and your brain will learn that the dizziness is no longer a threat and it will fade. Keep trying to focus on the external world instead of your internal feelings

    • @emfromthechi
      @emfromthechi 10 місяців тому

      @infinitepossibilities337 it's been going for 3 years for me. At this point I'm convinced I have a brain tumor

    • @infinitepossibilities337
      @infinitepossibilities337 9 місяців тому

      @@emfromthechi look for evidence otherwise. Watch recovery stories of people who experienced dizziness a big symptom. Unfortunately, if you believe you have a brain tumor, then brain learns it can never relax, so your beliefs are keeping the cycle going. If you can't convince yourself otherwise, I'd get a neurologist appointment and actually get yourself proof that its anxiety. This recovery only can truly start once you believe that its probably just a sensitized nervous system. You and your brain need to perceive safety and have hope

    • @emfromthechi
      @emfromthechi 9 місяців тому

      @infinitepossibilities337 I did see a neurologist and explained constant dizziness and headaches. I also told them my heart races sometimes so because of that they dismissed me and told me my brain is fine without any type of scan.
