Wonderful practise, thank you Nick. It's true your voice is like a smooth pilot for our journey through life. (And your teacher training is wonderful for those who are considering it.)☯️
amazing landscape, excellent practice , well explained and efficient ! thank you sensei ! good qi to u all . alexandra from middle of nowhere France countryside
I am enjoying your videos, thank you so much! I signed up for a notification for the autumnal Equinox, really looking forward to it, as well as going through your older videos like this one. 🙏
Thank youu nick! There are some aspects missing here that I quite enjoyed from other teachers (such as the slamming of the heels) but what I haven't found quite readily is the actual attention to qi manipulation. I do this mostly for energy work over health but most of the videos out there are health-focused; I really enjoyed working with the qi ball!! I'll definitely be checking out more of your stuff
Awesome! I've been waiting for your version of the Brocades, not dissapointed! Love the variations, this flow really make more sense. Plus, what a gorgeous escenary. Thank you and Peace of "I".
very good!! but the archer has the breathing in reverse order than as you said it, it should be: draw the bow (stretch): inhale, release the bow (hands relax back to the center): exhale
Thank you for explaining the movements. I wanted to try this form of qi gong, but I only found these exercises accompanied with background music. While the music is soothing, I need to know the correct form so I don't accidentally do something to cause injury.
Thank you for this video, Nick! I had stopped practicing for a while and this seems like the perfect one to get me back into it. I’m going to do this one every day for two weeks and I’ll track how it’s going! Also, I loved the twilight landscape and the sound of the crickets - gorgeous. Thanks again for the awesome qigong content! ~Molly
Ya, it is a 2-3 hour live zoom class every week (on Saturdays or as a replay anytime), then about an hour of pre-recorded learning videos per week. Other than that it’s just however much time you want to spend on personal practice :) You can learn more on the info page: www.nickloffree.com
Hi Nick, I am curious about the breathing in Drawing the bow in this version. I always thought the inhale happened when the bow was drawn and exhale as we bring hands back to the chest. Is this version deliberately in reverse with the breath or have I misunderstood the instructions?

Hi Nick. Good explanations of the way the qi is moving with each form. Did you miss out the 8th movement where you bounce on the heels?
Thank you for the wonderful teaching. What is the location it was filmed? It looks amazingly.

Hi Nick, what is the name of the movement after Owl turns it head? Thanks so much!
Thanks for asking Lisa, wondering same.
For those with high blood pressure - do not look up in the first movement.
Love your steady clear energy. Inspired me to consider teaching. Thank you. 🙂
