    Doing this one on New Year’s Day 2024 and it was the perfect choice. The birdsong alone was glorious.

    I keep going through various videos for the PM Qigong and I love them all. I stumbled onto this one and it was tough, no lie. Definitely somewhat challenging and amazing all the same. Thank you for your teaching and sharing this gift. Deeply grateful. 🙏 🔥

    Interesting that on returning to this routine after months have passed, the body seems to remember the moves and sequencing. A good one for the days when a bit extra is needed. Thanks 🙏 😊

    Beautiful. Have always been tossing up between doing yoga and qigong and it's awesome to do this practice that incorporates the best of both worlds. Thank you so much Nick!

    Another gorgeous one! That beach makes me want to do qigong on a tray of sand. 🤣 (that's the Colorado version of qigong on the beach.) This was just what my aching bones & tendons were needing. Thanks! ✨🙏✨

    I don’t do yoga anymore because it hurt my hips. This was my first time irritating my hip because I was caught off guard. I had developed a trust in you.

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  7 місяців тому

      Oh I’m sorry to hear that. I hope your hip is feeling better. Depending on the style, Qigong can be just as dynamic as Yoga, so we need to always be cautious trying new movements, regardless of stereotypes of qigong being “gentle”. And as always, listen to your body (and your doctor) above me at all times!
