Well, we are nowhere nearer to an answer are we? Either the SNP have no idea how the scheme works or the opposition don’t so which is it?. Whatever the answer is, we deserve more from this pretendy parliament as it costs us an absolute fortune and does nothing more than the old Scottish Office used to do pre devolution.

Does Kate Forbes not understand that what she is saying is a contradiction. If the SNP have already sent back £190 million to the EU then how can it be spent.
Schools have had to get rid of teaching staff and other services cut form the public, when all the time there has been a pot of money available to reimburse any money spent by the government.
Its more likely that the EU have seen how atrocious the SNP are at organising or running large infrastructure projects like the A9 or the ferries and told the SNP that they want their money back.

What was reported the other day informed us the scheme has closed and the EU asked for 450m of unspent money allocated to Scotland. So did the EU ask for money back or not?

@@alexboitz8540 I would think the EU would be concerned that their handout's to Scotland would provide another 8 year build for a ferry or maybe pay off the smelting bill. Westminster provided the funds for the betterment of Scotland and it's people but SNP had other idea's
