  • Calum Greenhow, Chief Executive of the National Federation of Sub Postmasters, has accused the SNP Justice Minister and Lord Advocate of not meeting with him over the mass exoneration of Scottish Sub Postmasters.
Mr Greenhow also sounded frustrated as he asked 'What has gone on in Scotland?' due to different legal system to England he believes there should be less prosecutions in Scotland, but that doesn't seem to be the case
He continued 'I think that's a fundamental question that the Lord advocate needs to select.'

Typical SNP avoiding scrutiny and responsibility. Anytime they have to stand up and be counted, they run.

In any review of cases, the Lord Advocate is marking her own homework. How it it that a witness be accusing the Scottish establishment of obfuscation in late 2024? Except that everything in Scotland is different. The evidence given to the Inquiry by a Fiscal was embarrassing in that it revealed how inadequate PO evidence was and whether, in the absence of a guilty plea, Scottish rules of evidence could be satisfied.

So who is responsible for ensuring the Scottish Government do the right thing. Talking shops aren't doing the victims any good, Swinney is not the least bit interested how can he be forced to pull his finger out?

As the Post Office computers were at fault then have they been renewed with a new system in order to process all the payments that the public are now having to make through the post office due to bank branches closing . or is our money transactions still at risk with the post office being allowed to handle all this.
