Arguably better than the normal Alpha music, even the Pokemon encounter one. This doesn't change the music, but rather adds sudden tension. At least this one doesn't stop you from enjoying the soundtrack every 5 seconds.
Wish there was an option to have the red sky themes playing again when you finished the game cause I honestly liked those a lot more then the actual themes lol
It's based on the patterns that were in the gen 4 games when Dialga and Palkia were summoned, and the cutscene after it. I'm guessing the patterns represent materials that make up time and space, and since everything's out of whack, the entire world is unstable.

Same! I didn’t want the red sky to end, and I also find this alpha music so much more chilled and less scary, so it was easier to face the Alphas!
