This theme just mastered ambiance of being damned, the feeling like there’s no hope but you have to keep going regardless of if you want to or not. Knowing that the world is going to fall with seemingly no hope to fight back against it. Feels like the distortion world if it truly was going to encompass the whole world

This is how you can truly truly tell both games were composed by the same maestro, Kenta Nagata.

This theme not only makes you feel as if the world is ending, but that eerie sort of tone is just a constant reminder that at that very moment you're pretty much all alone. The village you considered your sanctuary has abandoned you. The clans you have helped and befriended won't help you, and now you're stuck in the wild with nothing but your Pokémon.

Funny enough this is actually a call back to the original Diamond & Pearl games, when Cyrus summons Dialga/ Palkia & it turns the sky a red/purple colour, but few remember that because it only gets shown for about 5 seconds, whereas here, you have to experience it for a lot longer.

NO ONE WAS EXPECTING THIS. i was ready to beat game then i heard and saw thid. i thought i was experiencing a creepypasta at first. also this would fit perfect for sonic.exe. and the shape of the red is like a diamond makes you feel like you know its not normal and its also weirdly peaceful. if i saw thid irl i would be freaking out and shocked

When I got to this part of the game. I swear, I really started to get some Majora's Mask vibes from it. I mean the red and purple sky, the depressing atmosphere and it even felt like an apocalypse was happening. The only thing it doesn't have though is a time limit of course. But can anyone see where I'm getting at here?

I love watching my daughter play Arceus. I was sick with Omicron COVID-19 at the time the game was released, and I spent two weeks watching her play. Loved the soundtrack; it still relaxes me to hear it. The first of the three themes - called _Disaster Looming_ - might be my favorite soundtrack music from the entire game, but it's all good stuff. Of all the Pokemon soundtracks I've heard, the music from Arceus is the most memorable. Thanks for posting! 😎

As an atmospheric black metal fan these themes were a wet dream for me. They are absolutely begging to be metal-ized.

You know legends arceus is a true pokemon game forget all gen 1 to gen 9 pokemon games legends arceus will and for ever be a true pokemon game because of the story

I’ve never felt more saddened playing a Pokémon game. I’m banished from my only home in Hisui, all the people look at me with scorn, not even the Diamond and Pearl clans can save me lest they wage war on each other or the Galaxy Team. And I’ve nowhere to go but wander the vastness of Hisui for the rest of time. Never have I felt more vulnerable in a Pokémon game. And more alone.

What a game this was. Especially this, that's all I have to say.
