Hi Today I did my day 3 and I was doing full plank and I found difficult in lay down by counting 5 steps that means my arms and shoulder don't have enough strength. Although My spine is flexible enough. I easily did full camel pose and bhujangasana aasan. please suggest something to give strengthen to my arms and shoulders or suggest some aasans Thanks

Ashtangasna position with slow counting is fine but while coming up I require to alot of effort..why is it so?which part of body is stiff & I need to work?
Same for me too. My shoulders are weak. But I would like to like to know how the elbows should be, facing in or out? Does that make sense in achieving right movements?
If you can’t come up practice going down to ashtanga very slowly as I’ve shown in the video eventually this will help you to build more strength all the best😊🙏

Hello Neha! When I do table pose I am very comfortable with palm facing away instead of inner side towards hips.. Does it really matter on which side the palm should face as I feel pain on my elbow if am doing inner facing.
You can do that in fact in calisthenic workout that is how they keep the palm. In Yoga we keep the palm inside so whatever works well for you you can try with that it’s all about your shoulders more than the wrist. and all the very best for your practice😊🙏
If you find any Asana too difficult then it’s okay try not to force yourself there are so me the other portions which you can practise go through them😊🙏

Hi Ritanshi, It will eventually get better but then you have to build a bit of shoulder and arm strengthening. You are not able to lift yourself because of your shoulder and arms. Keep practising and surely you’ll see the difference🙏😊
Hi Neha , coming to 3rd day of Chakrasana series , I am feeling much better from inside . Thank you so much. But due to different shoulder strengthening exercises from the 1st day, I have started feeling pain in the bones of my palm/hand(not in wrist)....What is the reason behind it? Please guide me..
If you are finding a pain in the muscle of your palm then you might have to correct your posture bedtime a wrong posture would give that pain however if the pain has gone in few days it’s okay if you still find the pain be very careful and try to get your practice with ease🙏😊

Either your spine is tight or your shoulders are slightly weaker than it needs to do Chakrasan however you can practise these for few days and see if you find some difference I’m sure you will😊🙏

Today is my 3rd day of practice for Chakrasana and I could not come up with arms strength post ashtanga (could go down in counts, but couldn't come up more than an inch or so). Similarly going down in chataranga in steps or continuously was not possible, could do only 1 or 2 counts max. Can you please help in what practice I can do to be able to do so. Thank you
You need to work on your arm strength that means you WillHave to do more of ashtanga and Chathuranga kind of practises. Also you can do few half push-ups to build strength strength in your arms😊🙏

I think you can start with simple Suriya namaskaram and you can change as an hours every day depending on your comfort level because there are so many asanas you can pick one series and practice for yourself in one day you don’t have to repeat one thing every day😊🙏

Should i give a break to my practice till recovery or continue practicing all asanas as i have completed this day 3 as well? Similarly feeling pain in the back of one of the knee. Can u please suggest some recovery asanas?
Whenever you find sharp pain or if you feel difficulty take it easy and slow don’t force yourself it’s okay if you take more days but then don’t force yourself at any point and keeping your practice very mild will help you a lot😊🙏

I play tennis regularly and not sure whether it is due to tennis elbow or am used to do the table pose with palms facing away from hips.

1 cup of hot tea should be fine you can practise after 15-20 minutes😊🙏
