Woww! I am now able to do bakasana with my legs sideways till 15 counts. Now I will practice today's lesson by putting my knees above the elbows.. thanks Neha! Much Love😊💖

I was able to lift myself up but I feel like I haven't engaged my core cause there's no sensation, I can feel the burn in my thighs and arms 🤔 Thanks to you I can feel up shoulder strength increasing though! :D

I didn't understand the knee positioning on the elbows.please clear it how to place the legs properly on the hands.
