    Actually I really learnt this Pigeon posture advanced level within 3 days♥️after following given instructions and process...
    trust me I was not that kind of person who are really into Yoga..but In these Quarantine situation make me do something extra...so now I'm easily do 'Halasana'

    Excellent ways of teaching the techniques I could do 1st and 2nd part. Here in 3rd part, I was unable to turn the hand in the last stage. You have done in a fantastic way. Looking forward to your other videos. Regards

      @@YogaForCureVideos thanks a lot😊. I am able to reach the lying posture ..when it comes to touching head with feet I am unable to...taking the elbow out to reach the king pegion pose is difficult...is there any common mistake that ppl may do there

      That will require a lot of your spine flexibility as well I think the more you work on your spine this posture will get better😊🙏

    I would like to know that I haking exhaling is not done rightly during these asanas is it all a waste of trial ?? The thing is I can do all these asanas but I just miss out on watching the rhythm of my breath..I mean I just breath normal than doing it in between any asanas

      Even if you don’t focus on breath while getting into Asan, but focusing on breath while you are in the posture already helps 😊🙏

    Hi Neha. From couple of days an watching your videos. I am doing daily 12 rounds of suryanamaskaras.. am overweight. Am trying two asanas. But not able to do. Is it necessary that only slim people can do like halasana chakraasana and kapothasana?? Obese people can't do these asanas?? Please reply. really these days am addicted to yoga ...

      You must work on your back spine flexibility and your upper shoulder then you can do this. If you just do all the asanas regularly, you can do this as well 😊 let me know if you need more info 👍🏻
