- This practice is kind of advance asana where you need to work on your spine along with your hip opening. If you are well prepared with Chakrasana, this should be a bit comfortable to you. You need warm up your spine before this. Starting with reaching the asnana and slowly you can start staying in the posture for few seconds with the long breaths. End your practice with Shavasana.
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

I would like to know that I haking exhaling is not done rightly during these asanas is it all a waste of trial ?? The thing is I can do all these asanas but I just miss out on watching the rhythm of my breath..I mean I just breath normal than doing it in between any asanas
Even if you don’t focus on breath while getting into Asan, but focusing on breath while you are in the posture already helps 😊🙏

Is it necessary that only slim people can do like halasana chakraasana and kapothasana?? Obese people can't do these asanas?? Please reply. really these days am addicted to yoga ...

That will require a lot of your spine flexibility as well I think the more you work on your spine this posture will get better😊🙏

You must work on your back spine flexibility and your upper shoulder then you can do this. If you just do all the asanas regularly, you can do this as well 😊 let me know if you need more info 👍🏻
