I could not believe it when i really lifted myself on 6th day itself.i always believed that my arms are very very weak as i can't do push ups also but I did it so smoothly that it did not even feel like that it was very difficult at the first place. When I started practising yoga I was really bad at flexibility then I realised only practice will help you to get better if I can I am sure you can do so just keep practising all the best😊🙏
Hllo mam I'm follow ur yoga chakarasan session And do it 2 times a day And 3-4 day cramps are started in d stomach like before the periods days But mere periods ko kafi time hai abhi So what I do ??

For a while yes this will help you to strengthen your back more. As you feel your spine is strong then eventually you can practise this series once in awhile whenever you want to work on your spine😊🙏
If you keep practising it’ll always get better remember that one asana can never be stopped just by attaining it so once in awhile keep practising the whole thing all the best😊🙏
