- Bit of a different Fuel Friday this week... Damian repacks a 10 year old Fuel Exhaust which has been fitted to a 2003 Suzuki SV650. Our exhaust was the first aftermarket exhaust to be fitted to this bike and was fitted by customer Josh in 2012. The exhaust has never been repacked since it was supplied new in 2012.

NIce job. Just wanted to ask about center tube of the muffler? It is missing there? Could it get jammed then cotton doesn´t stay rolled and drop in the middle of the hole?
I am not sure what you mean?! There is perforated tube in the centre of the exhaust and that is what the packing material fits around.

Do you believe that there is would be *any* change in *performance* in adding a slip-on exhaust to my CB500X?
Hehehe. It depends on what you put on but with our exhausts if the baffle remains in place, it is not really performance enhancing. ;-) Unless you go down the route of tuning etc too.
