Yes, there will be a sound check for each muffler. You have on the channel a sound check for the mufflers I made earlier. Video sound checks for this muffler will be in 3-4 weeks.

If both ends are welded, how do you replace the soundproofing material later?

You cut one side, change the soundproofing material inside and weld again.

the holes from the inner pipe are much to big,you blow the damping material out of the exhaust in mimutes,trust me I know what I am talking

I have made several mufflers so far and used the same perforated sheet (same diameter holes) and had no problems with the packing material.

The best way is to first wrap the perforated pipe with mesh.

Для мопеда 50 кубов згодится на пару недель затем вылетит та тряпка и будет пердеть с раздражытельным звуком По сути банка на мот должна быть не тонкостенной ибо будет звенеть и должна быть большой для глухого баса и вместо стекловаты или что он намотал забивают крупную алюминевую стружку с токарного станка тогда звук даже на малокубатурке как паровозе

If you mean the muffler case, it's 2.3 mm, but if I were buying a pipe, I wouldn't use a pipe thicker than 1-1.2mm, but even this way it is lighter than the original muffler.
