That came out so pretty. I sure wish I could keep plants alive. I’ve tried so many times and they die. My mom is the master with all plants and fruits ,she can grow everything. I once kept an aloe Vera alive for 7 months before it died. Love your videos 👍
Jenny Lyn It's hard to maintain adequate plant care during the active days of kids and work and... well... life in general. I didn't have time for plants until the grandkids were older. 😊 When you have time for plants, it'll be relaxing, but if that time never comes, you'll find another source... like your peaceful walking place. 🎄Merry Christmas 🎄

Lately I've been getting into different species of Philodendrons. So far I have 6 different species and looking forward to finding more! The one featured in this video is on my wish list. Yes, these are very nice plants. The brasil is as easy to propagate as the original green. Philodendrons can live through some hard times. Plants are your therapy too.

Actually, this plant has done quite well. I've trimmed it three times in the past year, and it still looks great! These past few months have been horrible, but this plant looks great. I think I will be making videos again soon - I hope :) Many of my other plants have not done as well.

So glad I found your channel. I’m new to the plant world. Do you always put a coffee filter and rocks in all of your pots? Can you give me the list of you potting soil mixture!
Dear Karen I'm sorry it took this long for me to reply. It’s been a long and challenging year. I am constantly trying new things to see if they work. My new coil recipe is 1:2 perlite:potting mix on the bottom half of the pot, and 100% potting mix on the top half of the pot. No layer of gravel on the bottom and no sand on the top. I'm trying to keep things simple and thrifty. This seem to work best. I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for not answering sooner. It's been a tough year. Actually, this plant has done quite well. I've trimmed it three times in the past year, and it still looks great! These past few months have been horrible, but this plant looks great. I think I will be making videos again soon - I hope :) Many of my other plants have not done as well.
