I don't comment so much nowadays as your channel has a legion of likers, but it always has an uplifting feel that's appreciated.
Finally finished, thanks so much
Great tutorial! Thank you so much, Paul. I love your teaching style. The warmth of your personality comes across in a very welcoming way. I tune in every Wednesday. I've learned a lot and my paintings have improved immensely. You offer the best tutorials on You Tube. Thank you!
Wow, thank you! Great to hear
Super Wednesday thank you Paul
Very welcome
This is sooo beautiful, never thought that painting snow is so easy, thank you ❤
Thank you so much 😀
How highly pleasant to watch you painting....what a delight😊😊😊
Nicky..Belgium
Thank you so much Nicky 😀
I loved this tutorial and painted it this week with 2 girl friends. Thank-You for your great tutorials! 😊
And a wonderful day we had at the Christmas festive event. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it Fiona!
the pheasant does finish the painting nicely 🥰😀
Thank you! Cheers!
I can't wait next Wednesday! 😊
Last week you were asking about real time painting. Maybe you could do a real time painting of just an old door, or tree, or do a whole painting but just post 20 or 30 minutes of it once a month. Love your style of painting and your commentary.
Great suggestion! thanks
Just discovered your channel wow so clever.
Only one comment really.
On a cold winter day one of the most heartwarming things I would look out for approaching a pub is smoke from a chimney and a light from a window.
In my head it is a joy to think of the lovely warmth inside. Fire food light and warmth.
Thanks and yes, agree with you there!
Beautiful painting as always! Thank you so much for continuing the Wednesday tutorials. They are a highlight of the week!!
Thank you so much!
Hi Paul thank you again for another great watercolour Wednesday. Another beautiful painting and snow scene. I had to laugh when you put that pheasant in. I could almost see the caption when I saw him facing the opposite direction to the Inn. He's saying to himself" "I'd better head THIS way or I'll be Susan's NEXT Sunday Roast." 😅😅😅. He'll be heading for Susans oven or maybe some other venue to get stuffed!.😂😂😂. Poor thing. Don't know if you thought of that or not when you painting him in. But I enjoy it all the more now. This is one of my great favourites now so far. Love the sound effects as well it made it really come alive for most of us that have been fortunate enough to be in an English pub like this. And the sky is brilliantly done it has that look of bitter cold about it. Love it. Keep em coming Paul. This is my favourite day of the week. I really enjoy it. Thank you. God bless you and Margot. Susan 👍😄🙏🙏🕊🕊🕊💕🎨
Lol! - love your comments Sue! ... see you there for the next Sunday roast!
@@ArtbyPaulClark 😅😅😅😅 That would be a Sunday Roast to remember!. LOL. 😅😅😅. Dont know about the Sunday Roast Paul but I'll definitely be round for Watercolour Wednesday. We'll let that poor bird make his escape bid from Colditz eh. 😅😅😅👍. God bless you. Keep up the good work. Sue. ❤🇮🇪☘🙏🕊
I would much rather be snowed in there than at home! Lovely!
Yup - me too!
Beautiful and i adore the pheasant.... now to find this pub, grab a pint and settle by the fire 😊
Thanks .... yes they have a lovely fire just through the snug bar!
@@ArtbyPaulClark 😍
I think I must plan a visit on a Sunday. So inviting.
I love the story that went along with the painting, and I'm happy to see Phillip the pheasant again.
Glad you enjoyed it Vicki and glad you recognised Phil!

Another Winter winner. I remember that lock-in really well and the hangover. A wintery line & wash ( love your line & wash paintings) would be appreciated very much.
Lol! - love that, thanks!
Thanks Paul! I love the snow scenes. ( 🇨🇦) I would still look forward to “Watercolour Wednesday” even if you painted the same thing every week!😍
Cheers Emily 🇨🇦 - many thanks!
Beautiful painting Paul, like others have commented I learned a lot watching you paint in this video. I want to walk in that door and sit inside that pub! I already know there’s a nice fire going inside, hope I can get a seat close by. 😊
Thanks Kathy ... and you'll see me there up at the bar!
Incredible uncle Paul
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks!
Thank you Paul, it is such a delight for me to watch you paint. Teehee I had to smile at seeing a little Gnome man with his arms raised waving me to come visit the The Holly Inn. (He is standing in the bushes near the mossy tree.)
Lol! - Glad you enjoyed it
@ArtbyPaulClark I did a landscape painting and saw a man with a cap and feather in it sitting on the rocks looking at my sunset. I get so tickled at the magic that comes through art.
Pamela
Lovely sunny day today & you've just added more sunshine. Don't know why it is, but watching you paint always makes me smile. Thank you for sharing.

Woke up this morning to winter 🌬️accumulation happening ❄️ here 🌨️☃️. I appreciate the real time segments, very calming to watch. Thank you for sharing another lovely tutorial, Mr. Clark! Cheers 🍻.
You are so welcome
I've watched the Snow Drop Inn so many times, as much for ambience as learning. It is my cozy mac and cheeze when I just need something wintery... So delighted to have another one to watch while drinking hot cocoa. I so look forward to Wednesday uploads from you. No pressure, just a lovely part of my week.
🎄🏔🌨☃💙
Glad you enjoyed it Cynthia!

That is a beautifully atmospheric painting, Paul. Really stunning, and the addition of the pheasant and the snow fall is so seasonal and a little bit Dickensian/Victorian Christmas. 😊

What a treat you make water color paining so easy and interesting thank you
Thank you so much 😀
The pheasant was a cool addition

Simply lovely! The splattering was really effective for creating the feel of a snow shower 🥶 and the Holly Inn looks to be the ideal place to defrost!
Additional pheasant ? 👍Great!

Merry Christmas Paul and Thank You, Thank You For Sharing Your Talent, Knowledge and Love of Watercolor Painting!!

Love it. Can't wait to try myself. Thanks
Have fun!
weer een hele leuke tutorial, ga het ook zeker weer proberen. Dank je Paul voor zoveel schilder plezier.
many thanks!
Oh heck Paul - I had a go at the lot. Mines a dinosaur theme pub with a pteradactyl in the front and meteorites raining from the sky - well you never know till you have a go! So many little memories stirred this week - I was at a political party conference in my teens through Tannennbaum. I was also night porter at a residential college when approx 40 students from all over the Uk were snowed in and only had me to try and cook breakfast, poor things, happy days!
Thank you Paul...another great start to Wednesday with your latest painting to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks Paul, this is another great picture, the one you did last year I painted it and had it made into Christmas cards for my close friends and family. They all loved the scene. I will have a go at this one and if successful, will be next years Christmas cards. And before you ask, No, it doesn't take me a year to paint one although sometimes it feels like it. Thank you again for sharing your talent.
Great to hear - thanks for sharing!
Beautiful! Thank you for your tutorial!
You’re welcome 😊
