I tried these today and it's hands down best recipe for pancakes! They're soft, fluffy and sweet. Thank you for sharing!
A couple of things: use low heat, a good pan and think about that amount of sugar. I doubled the recipe but instead of using 2/3 of sugar I took 1/2 cup and they were still really sweet. So if you don't have a sweet tooth or are cooking a sweet topping like a syrup or something to put on top of this you better cut down the sugar a little bit.

I only used 2 tbsp of sugar. Because I want to put topping. It works fine and taste good.

The great secret of perfect pancakes is to add some plaster to the dough. It seems to be creepy but it works in amazing way. Pancakes are fluffy, springly and they don't fall apart. The german chef has revealed me this trick.
