- Hello everyone, this time I will make dorayaki - Japanese pancake dorayaki, this dorayaki is very delicious, soft and easy to make, the ingredients are very simple anyone can make.

Ingredients :
2 eggs
40g sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
90g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
10 ml water
Filling
I'm filling with hazelnuts / you can replace it with red bean paste

Used flavored water Added pinches of ginger turmeric cumin n cinnamon in some hot water n I always use a tsp of lemon juice to season my eggs
But of my goodness it was fluffy even though I used all purpose flour
