The only reason I clicked on this was because of the immense amount of nostalgia and Doraemon memories that came rushing back. Those were simpler times.
Well i made this cake this morning. And here is what i experienced as a people who is literally not good in everything 😌 1st of all- if you have only large egg at home, use only 1. Or double the recipe. Or else the cakes will smell like egg even tho u put vanila essence Grease your pan with very little oil even tho it is nonstick. Put only to coat, make sure you dont see the oil on the pan. Use kitchen towel to remove excess Put fire on very very low heat. Put the batter in the pan. Dont wait for many bubbles to come out. Always test with spatula if you can flip it . If yes then flip it immediately. Or else it will burn. The less batter you put on the pan, it will be quicker for the cake to cook so beware of that I always turn off the heat 1st for a few sec then only i put another batter. It comes out better like that. I think it is unnecessary to wait for 10 min. Just cook it straight away. Bcs when the batter rise so much, the color of the cake becomes uneven when u flip it. Or it is just me? Idk 😂 Anyways the recipe is perfect! It will gives out fluffy and delicious cakes. Thank you for sharing!

Well I would say this music is both happy and sad at the same time. It can be.. looking back at your favorite memories and remembering how much your friends or family mean to you. For better or for worse :)
