This was really nice for my shoulders I have good ROM in my shoulders and never really benefit from normal puppy pose but with adding the blocks this really hits the spot. Thank-you
Thank you for this amazing yin class! Puppy pose is a intense pose, in my opinion the hardest one in yin yoga. That's why i'm happy that we hold this one longer than i'm used to in this class.

Thank you Brett, this is the best yin yoga class I have ever had; it was perfect, and for solstice indeed... (Just a small interruption in the middle, but still: the class allowed me to come back into it so beautifully). It is so effective, so nourishing to the body indeed! The prop instructions, use, was just on point. Perfect. Thank you, for it allowed so much conformable and thus true release... Best wishes to you!
Last night did this to BBC Radio 1 powerdown play list to get it done and enjoy. Well I cried my eyes out. It was one of the most powerful sessions. ..😧😥😣 in Sync, with time, and emotions. appreciated
Ah.. i wasn't being as candid...i cried through feeling sad and un loved and generally not in a good place. Acknowledging nowv that id not responded to the reply to my sharing..now i know why..x
@@BrettLarkinYoga yes I want you as one of my fav teachers now I have used alot of teachers on UA-cam they are all good but you and 2 to 3 others I am sticking with its enough because there is just to much out there and has got me very confused I have always issues with not being able to shut my mind off I wish I could just stay in a asana without nervousness and million thoughts racing through I have done yoga for about 6 years plus but never realy able to improve due to what I mentioned above can you help me find a rythem that I can do every day you know I would even just want you an no other on UA-cam no offence to the other teachers can you help me
Thanks so much for the step by step. I am very new to yoga and found that yin is perfect (so far). My ability to get into the deeper stretches and hold the poses longer will come with time. You make it easy to adapt a pose. Do you have a sugggestion for managing some of the poses that require sitting back on legs as my knees are bad?
I'll save this class for the next full moon or maybe Saturdays. From what I've heard a Yin class is traditionally dedicated to one or even a pair of meridians, if so to which one or two is this class dedicated?

Prop as much as necessary, or skip if it is too painful. Thank you for practicing with me!!
