It took me 152+ hours to find out Jarburg (peaceful jardude village in Lirunia) even existed I only found out because of that update that added Jar Barins sidequest. The hidden super golem that shoots laser beams in Calid I found after 100+ hours, got my ass beat and ran away and only went back to fight him 300 hours later.

#5 has more to it: Once you beat grafted scion to a pulp in vengeance-fueled rage, go explore the structure from which you started the playthrough. You can find a unique spirit ash (The Storm King's Ashes), which you hand in to our warrior mommy Nepheli to progress her quest.
You know what is worse? (launch Patch, by the way) I killed Radahn, after a lot of attempts, then i went on exploring the WHOLE ARENA, which is HUGE. And didnt find the secret dungeon. And when i finished the game, then i went online to see everything that i missed... When i saw that there is a dungeon in Radahn's arena, i flipped.
You missed a couple things at the Chapel of Anticipation (#5 in your video). Run back to the starting church and go through the door that was previously locked and you will get the Stormhawk King, which you need to give to Nepheli Loux to complete her quest (and get two ancient dragon smithing stones) as well as the stormhawk deeh ashes. Also, you can go to the maiden in that church to get the bloody cloth of a maiden for Varre's quest, which is much faster than going to Vyke's Church.

the war dead catacombs is actually great if you like just fighting a shit load of Knights/soldiers. Its fun too that theyre fighting eachother. theres a little rot in there, but its not that much of an issue.

Fun fact, the Cinquedea (chin-kweh-DAY-uh) is actually a real historical weapon from Renaissance-era Italy and its in-game lore description is actually pretty similar to its actual place in history! Cinquedeas were somewhere between short swords and daggers in length. The width of the blade, which is about five fingers wide, is what gives this self-defense weapon its name (cinque-dea translating to five-fingers). The nobility who carried these swords would often commission expert craftsmen to engrave the wide blades, letting them display their wealth and class to anyone who draws a blade on them.
For Varre's quest, you don't have to invade others. For those who don't like to play online there is a possibility to invade an NPC in the Writheblood Ruins in the NW of the Altus plateau. In the northeastern part of the ruins, Magnus the Beast Claw's invasion sign can be found. He can be defeated to progress White Mask Varré's questline without playing online. He drops the Great Stars great hammer. Now you can swing two of them if you like. 👍
I am on NG 3.......I missed these all, motivated to get back at it. I took a break and beat bloodborne for the first time. Ready to get back to Elden Ring!
If you want to progress varre's questline offline/faster, you can just do the volcano manor lady questline which involves invades npc's world. You can just invade and lose 3 times and come back to varre to continue his questline. This will complete his quest and get to mogh before getting into Ariandel. But be careful, this will most likely gives you hard times in the mogh's palace or fighting mogh. Because you may still underlevel to get to there. Believe me, the mobs are tough. And Mogh might be kinda bs. It took me a LOT of tries and rune arcs and I'm still losing. But with a mimic tear it's not even 1 minute to beat him and he doesn't even have time to transition to phase 2.
Thank you for the video. I'm currently on my first elden ring playthrough. I'm currently at Anor Leyndel. I will backtrack to get the items you have shown.

A little bouns for tip#4 when you go the the dragon commun church in limgrave not all if the dragon abilities will be there. You have to go to the dragon cathedral in calid if you want every single ability available to you
There is also a drop near the hard tree sentinel in Caelid. There is a painting recover item there for a bow ash of war and an extremely hard laser firing golem
Id also like to add that the area behind bestial sanctum was not there when the game 1st released, it was later added after the 1st major patch when they made minor changes to the hand drawn mao.
True most people found these like I did. But I'm still glad to see you point these out for others. I thought I was super careful checking every nook for hidden swag but I almost finished my game without finding Jarburg and it blew my mind when someone told me about it.
As I noticed that some people lost the Radahn arena dungeon I want to point out that, spread through the game, there are statues of old men holding candles that when interacted with will create a line of blue light that points to a hidden catacomb nearby. There is one of them northeast of the Church of the Plague Site of Grace that points to the War Dead Catacomb. If you see one of them light the candle and just look around where the beam of light is pointing to. If you can't interact with them, than you already explored the catacomb they point to. In the subject of interactibles in the world that point to hard to find places, if you interact with the white candlelabra that you can see around the map, a ghost will appear and start walking to a nearby hidden dungeon. They will fade in and out, but you can follor their footsteps. The same rule from the statues, if you are not shown the prompt, you already explored the dungeon.
My blind run ended around 180hrs and I found all of these, but now in NG+ I discovered a couple of things I missed, and TWO catacombs, jeez. Incredible game
Just an FYI, you don’t have to actually do invasions for Varre’s quest line. When you reach that part of his quest you can go to Writheblood Ruins in Altus and there is a red sigil where you can invade an NPC. Defeat him and you can return to Varre and progress the quest.
When you return to the chapel of anticipation where you started, I believe there's also a room beside the chapel entrance that opens once you start Varre's or Nepheli's quest. There are quest items in that room and in the chapel itself.
What about the area to the right and under fatty in Mt Gelmore (not the area with the Magma wyrm)? There is a Somber 5 and a very small ledge to drop to just beside it
War dead catacombs is awesome for leveling. You wait til the enemies fight , and before the last one falls, kill them. That enemy will continuously respawn right in front of you for ez backstabs racking up 1800-2300 runes per kill. Then when you get strong enough, you can run the whole dungeon for I’d say about 60k runes in a few mins. It’s more fun than baiting the bird . It will also give you a good bit of practice against Miquela’s knights

Hidden in plain sight is a staple of fromsoft games. I found dark souls years ago collecting dust at gamestop, took it home and was immediately hooked. Realizing that the levels overlaped and looped was awesome. At first it just looks like a linear games background that is untraversable, wrong. The restrictions are further away than you think.

The likelihood that someone would find everything in this game on their own is slim. I explored every nook and cranny of the game, and out of the 145 - 175 hours it took me to do it on a new game, probably 25 percent of that was with a guide, be it for a cave, gaol, catacomb, shack location or where items that I wanted were. I don't play these games online, but I appreciate the community's efforts in mining everything. I like these games a lot, but it's crazy how quickly some people find these very elusive areas and items after launch which I don't believe I'd be able to do, like the wall that you can hit 50 times in Volcano Manor to open into a room, albeit one that leads to somewhere you've already been. I believe that that was patched though.
In the cliff part if you follow the path with the birds and bombs and drop into the Church, talk to Rogier and go back up to the cliff you will see messages left by him, they're hints of what to do. There are various messages.
Not even I never would have made it to nokron without the internet. The only reason this game is figured out is because it was done collectively as a community if we had to do it ourselves some people would take like a decade to find lesluts cave where he is trapped.
For Mogh's palace you can kill Magnus the beast claw in Altus plateau or die to him three times. You can progress Varrei's quest. Sorry about spelling errors.
I knew about War-Dead catacombs before I ever fought Rahdan. At least, I knew there was a dungeon somewhere around there because of the skeletal beacon up on the cliff overlooking the dunes. As soon as I beat him, I rode over and went inside. I quickly realized the mobs inside were about 8 times stronger than any other non-boss I’d fought up to that point. I found the others before finishing my first playthrough because I’ve made about 12 different characters and have yet to finish the game 🙄
My friend fell off the bestial sanctum when i showed him the area behind it and said theres got to be something down there but i dont know where the door is im gonna look around and he misstepped and fell of without dieing
While I think your video may be helpful to some players, none of those areas are really difficult to find if you just explore the map, and do as many NPC quests as you can. I mean, I didn't have that hard of a time finding all of areas in your video. But it's nice you're pointing those things out to new players who may be unfamiliar with FROM Software's style of games --- those players are the ones that will benefit the most from this video.
Yup! I started making videos like this because of friends that I have who are overwhelmed by this game. I was having fun making these and just kinda kept going. Most people who have sunk hundreds of hours into this game will know most of these.

What set do you have on?
What’s the timestamp?
Bro you've played this many times the game, and still not used wiki?
Respect that.
I try to ONLY use it if I'm about to punch a monitor or have been bashing my head against a boss for like 8 hours.
What weapon are you using on the left?
In the cliff part if you follow the path with the birds and bombs and drop into the Church, talk to Rogier and go back up to the cliff you will see messages left by him, they're hints of what to do. There are various messages.
This game was hard to find specific missions but if you really took your time to look for everything it wasn’t super hard to find most every location
Alle Tipps sind sehr richtig!
Great clip and well done!
Thank you from Germany 😊
Deeproot Depths needs a shout out - I would’ve completely missed it had I not gone back to Siofra for the Valiant Gargoyle fight
Great point. This is very easy to miss.
i ddint know about the birds blades and bombs bit, and i still use the mohg farm , you just cant outfarm 12000 xp every 20 seconds
Yeah. It's not completely busted to farm but still pretty good.
You should also do the area at the bottom of the coneyor belt in Raya Lucarua. if you ride down it there is a really cool area
TY for the one next to the Beastial Sanctum. That was weird.
Absolutely!
At Rampart Tower you can run out the door and go left and shimmy along the edge. Lots of fun things on the roofs
My friend fell off the bestial sanctum when i showed him the area behind it and said theres got to be something down there but i dont know where the door is im gonna look around and he misstepped and fell of without dieing
This is fantastic!
@@BonfireBasics that's pretty cool. The DLC will give you more work in a couple of months 😉 And yeah, I spent probably more than 500 hours exploring every nook and cranny in the game on my first playthrough, but I had a blast.
Ive never understood why people fight radahn, just summon everyone and keep summoning them. Ive beaten radahn but i never hit him once and i stayed waaaaay away from him.
Took me a while to come across to watch this but my very first playthrough i found all that is listed in this video including more i search everywhere including death spots to see if you can find anything even if it sucks and radahan vanilla game is easy vs his dlc version
I knew them all, I am the Elden Lord!
Crucible knights are fun to parry. They also like to stomp after your successful riposte. It's like they really pissed off at you.
LMAO walking around as props had me dyin you’re hilarious bro
:D
The birds in Stormveil can be handled fairly with the meteoric ore blade kitana
The dragon communion spells do NOT show up as you kill more dragons. You can only get the original 3 here.
There's also a third way to get to mohgwyn palace by killing Magnus the beastclaw.
Found basically everything in first playthrough. The only things i didnt got on first playthrough were all weapon/armor drops the enemies could possibly drop.
Ran at night over the entire map for Deathbirds, Black Knights and the Shop Hunters (dont play on english language, so i dont really know the right english names)
you can just invade someone and then leave immediatly, you dont have to kill or die to complete his quest, just invade 3 times, leave 3 times and done.
I spent 130 hours in my first playthrough, 80 in my second, and 30 in my third and I was still finding stuff. I just started a NG and only just found the perfumers grotto.
you missed something in the #5 starter battle island. try to find a door which was previously closed.
Man you absolutely wreck those Crucible Knights
Awesome fight, the place is an awesome farming ground
Do you know about the double illusory wall?
I just watched this to confirm Ive been to it all
6:35 How DARE you slander Boc in such a way!
Little monkey boy.
6:03 this one is new to me
Thanks for that, the redahn fight wasnt so intense for me, but bloody hell, the spears, and the projectiles he throws when entering took my off guard i was more amazed at the depth and length the developers took at finessing his animations looked so fukn cool, and then i got speared, or blasted or jumped on from out of nowhere like a meteor hahahaha, the first tree sentinal i faced gave me more of a headache than redahn
