I just love your workout im 60 yrs old and so out of shape i just had knee surgery 3mts ago and trying to do knee exercises to strengthen my knee and legs i had a Hysterectomy at the age of 21 I've been fighting my weight for years i just don't know what to do I'm tired of being fat and it's in my belly legs and thighs and love handels no sex drive and my fiance get all of my stuff that comes with Metapause please help

Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.).
