Standing LOWER BODY BURN - Thighs, Booty, Calves (At Home, No Equipment!)

    In this one I am giving you all an awesome lower body burning workout that is great for beginners and even advanced exercisors! These exercises strung together will help you burn a ton of calories and by the end you will feel the burn in all parts of your legs!
    Doing this twice a week will start show you good progress on helping build some toned legs but make sure there is no discomfort in your knees or legs if you start doing them too often.
    I hope you feel the burn with me!

    Mere this is my FAVORITE leg and booty workout! It really works and only takes 10 minutes….amazing combo but be ready for the BURN!❤

    I love this video! Hey Mere! Since Feb. 22nd to date my body fat % has dropped 3.5% ! It is now 19.4%! My muscle mass has increased .2%! Thank you for all that you do! Keep up the great work. Svelte for LIFE!

    Thank you ❤ Meredith for this awesome lower half workout. I started doing your workouts last March. I turned 60 a couple days ago. I have 6 sons, 21-35 years. All the workouts have really helped my lower back(I groom dogs) plus just all-around Wellness. Not trying to lose weight but to strengthen and tone my muscles. I love that I can fit in one or two, 7 minute workouts most days, even while throwing the ball for my dogs.....

    Suggestion, it helps to see your moves when your clothes contrast your surroundings.

      I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are low-impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 🤩👍

    once again, Mere is working out in all black with a black background . Visually very difficult to see if you are like me and have difficulties seeing clearly.
