I was the same way but mine was from my mental health medications, i finally grabbed control and I've lost 130lbs. I've been exercising and i feel so much better. My knees don't hurt, its worth all the pain and sweating. End results are beautiful ❤
Remember your actually healthier being overweight and exercising than normal weight and sedentary. It sucks for the first 3-8 weeks but once you make the habit it’s life changing. Exercise was really promoted when I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s. Now it’s not even thought about.
It always seems so selfish for people as large as this to have children. It is after all these poor souls that will have the memories of a parent eating themselves to death and that is just not fair.
I find it amazing that they have these electric carts at shops in the U.S. I mean, wtf? Here in Germany, if you want to use an electric card while shopping, you'll have to bring your own.
