La verdad lo recomiendo muchoo, especial mente si quieres adelgazar la cintura o que se haga mas pequeña, mi cintura media 80cm y ahora mide 75cm, también lo acompañe de una dieta un poco mas saludable, quiero decir que comida de todo, pero medido y no con tanta grasa, eso si, si quieres tener mejor resultados es conveniente que evites alimentos que hacen que te inflames ejemplo, refrescos, jugos, panes etc. Es difícil, pero cuando miras resultados te das cuenta que el esfuerzo valió la pena. VAMOS TU PUEDES, RECUERDA que no importa el tipo de ejercicio que hagas, si no eres CONSTANTE no servirá de nada. La constancia y el querer cambiar hábitos esta psicológicamente, quiero decir que en la mente. MENTALISATE y lograras mas cosas de lo que te imaginas. SUERTE!!!!

your exercies are always amazing! they are always beginner friendly! they're super fun, easy to follow, enjoyable yet effective; not like those super intense and incredibly monotone workouts that you have to do those boring exercies 75 times and 10 sets etc. you changed my life and how i look!! thank you so much!!!! i thought i hate doing exercise but now i'm aware that i do not hate doing exercise, i just hate doing meaningless and tedious movements that just give me pain. i'm in love with doing exercise and move my body all thanks to you!
@@izzyskyring my belly went away, my waist is slimmer, my upper arms and shoulders are slimmer and collarbones are more defined; also upper of my breasts were flabbier, i mean when i wore tight crop tops there were bulges on my armpits and that upper region of my breasts but now they are firm. also i almost have no love handles! i’m very happy with my results. i have been doing various exercises of yuuka for almost three months. keep doing and i hope you will have more satisfying results 💕
@@izzyskyring that time i was only doing yuuka's workouts. i didn't change anything in my diet but i'm already eating clean, i live in a rural area so junk food/fast food is not that available for me :) i cook my own food everyday and i'm vegetarian so i eat lots of vegetables
It's only been two days since I've been training with Yuka, but the result is already very big. In these two days, I lost 2 kg (I'm in shock), and also my waist decreased, despite the fact that I ate everything in a row, but I also did the exercises from Yuki's other videos. During these 2 days the body became so light. I'm glad I came across Yuki's video, thank you very much, but I won't stop there, I'll strive for the result that will satisfy me. Along with this video, I made a couple more videos from Yuki (mostly videos on the back and posture, but you can choose the video of your choice), as well as a video from Chloe Ting (these are warm-ups). I myself was surprised when two days later I got on the scales and took away -2 kg.

My waist was 70 centimeters at the beginning day 1:I feel lightness day 2: It's just as easy day 3:My muscles started to hurt day 4: My muscles still hurt day 5: I only did half of the workout because I was poisoned and I felt bad :( day 6: My waist hurts less day 7: My waist doesn't hurt day 8:I feel lighter again day 9: It's easy
This actually helped me alot i dont even have love handles it just makes my waist slimmer so lemme do it again with some more workouts and im gonna update everyday . Day 1 : ✅ i didnt even feel slightest bit of pain even though i did another workout too

Спина стала вверху, красивая, только валики спустились ниже. Но я работаю. Упражнения для меня , СТАЛИ, легкие и эффективные. Напишу, когда спина и талия станет идеальной. Hi! Been really wanting to comment that this actually works, i’ve been trying it for a few weeks last year and my waist went from 28-29 inches to 26-25 at times! I don’t do any diet and do this 2 times a day one morning and one at night! I was satisfied with the results and i’ve been wanting to go back to it again, it feels so good doing the workout and i think this is one of the workouts i could do without the need of taking a rest in between exercises. Day 1- done .love it..did this with 8 minute back workout.. I've also stopped eating any processed sugar, no rice or wheat, no dairy. Day 2 - my stomach was feeling sore so I skipped it, Day 3- i worked to a different routine Day 4- I skipped 🥲 just following my diet Day 5- I did it with the back workout , 1 minute plank and some extra workouts.👍😊 Day 6- i skipped 😭 I had an active day physically. Skipped breakfast and lunch Day 7- done.. Following my diet..i do not feel bloated. People have commented that I'm loosing weight.. then i had a cheat day with lot of rice, and sweets.😷 Day 8- skipped 🥲 .. but it was a physically active day.. I was feeling very fired because of lack of sleep and skipping meals Day 9- did just this workout.. following my diet. Day 10 - did Chloe ting 11 minute ab workout and some overall workout with jumping jacks... Diet didn't go as planned 🥲 Sep 2: life's getting very stressful.. struggleing to get my shit together Sep 3: climbed 200 stairs Sep 4: did this with 8 minute back and 8 minute arm workout. Sep 11: walked 8.5 km /12700 steps Sep 12 : walked 15000 steps/10 km Sep 17: my diet got totally ruined over the weekend. I will not give up . Did this with 8 minute back posture, 8 minute april han arm workout and some other workout Sep 22: done. Did this With 8 minute back posture, 9 minutes hand And some other workout. I've not been consistent. I'll have to try harder

미술하는 고3 입시생: 거북목, 허리통증, 뻐근함 등.. 밥:내 맘대로 먹고 있음 (이거 하기 전에 다리 운동 10분짜리 하고 시작) 1일차. 짧은 시간에 여러 동작을 할 수 있고 쉬워서 만족! 벌써 홀쭉해진기분, 허리가 쫙 펴진듯함 2일차. 쉬운 동작인줄 알았는데.. 자극이 엄청 됬나봄..양옆구리에 멍든듯한 통증을 가지고 운동 완! 3일차. 재밌지만 자극 제대로임.. 여전히 옆구리는 멍든 것 같음.. 지방이 빠지고 있는 듯 귀찮아서 안 적었지만 1주일 정도 하니까 확실히 허리가 얇아짐... 벗 허리가 너무 아파서 더는 못할듯... 재미는 있음!추천!!

Hoy 25/02/2023 comencé con esta rutina, no está pesada no cansa, aquí estas todo el tiempo de pie haciendo los ejercicios, con esta rutina aparte de trabajar la cintura sentí estirarme así como con un ejercicio que hago que es para tener espalda y postura hermosa. Y los ejercicios que se hacen aquí son buenos para cintura y unos ya los e hecho en otras rutinas de cintura/abdominales

day 2: It's just as easy
day 3:My muscles started to hurt
day 4: My muscles still hurt
day 5: I only did half of the workout because I was poisoned and I felt bad :(

Спина стала вверху, красивая, только валики спустились ниже. Но я работаю. Упражнения для меня , СТАЛИ, легкие и эффективные. Напишу, когда спина и талия станет идеальной. Кажлый день занимаюсь по 20 минут. Всем Мира и добра.

Hi! Been really wanting to comment that this actually works, i’ve been trying it for a few weeks last year and my waist went from 28-29 inches to 26-25 at times! I don’t do any diet and do this 2 times a day one morning and one at night! I was satisfied with the results and i’ve been wanting to go back to it again, it feels so good doing the workout and i think this is one of the workouts i could do without the need of taking a rest in between exercises. Goodluck everyone!
Day 1- done .love it..did this with 8 minute back workout.. I've also stopped eating any processed sugar, no rice or wheat, no dairy.
Day 2 - my stomach was feeling sore so I skipped it,
Day 3- i worked to a different routine
Day 4- I skipped 🥲 just following my diet
Day 5- I did it with the back workout , 1 minute plank and some extra workouts.👍😊
Day 6- i skipped 😭 I had an active day physically. Skipped breakfast and lunch
Day 7- done.. Following my diet..i do not feel bloated. People have commented that I'm loosing weight.. then i had a cheat day with lot of rice, and sweets.😷
Day 8- skipped 🥲 .. but it was a physically active day.. I was feeling very fired because of lack of sleep and skipping meals
Day 9- did just this workout.. following my diet.
Day 10 - did Chloe ting 11 minute ab workout and some overall workout with jumping jacks... Diet didn't go as planned 🥲
Sep 2: life's getting very stressful.. struggleing to get my shit together
Sep 3: climbed 200 stairs
Sep 4: did this with 8 minute back and 8 minute arm workout.
Sep 11: walked 8.5 km /12700 steps
Sep 12 : walked 15000 steps/10 km
Sep 17: my diet got totally ruined over the weekend. I will not give up . Did this with 8 minute back posture, 8 minute april han arm workout and some other workout
Sep 22: done. Did this With 8 minute back posture, 9 minutes hand And some other workout. I've not been consistent. I'll have to try harder

(이거 하기 전에 다리 운동 10분짜리 하고 시작)
1일차. 짧은 시간에 여러 동작을 할 수 있고 쉬워서 만족! 벌써 홀쭉해진기분, 허리가 쫙 펴진듯함
2일차. 쉬운 동작인줄 알았는데.. 자극이 엄청 됬나봄..양옆구리에 멍든듯한 통증을 가지고 운동 완!
3일차. 재밌지만 자극 제대로임.. 여전히 옆구리는 멍든 것 같음.. 지방이 빠지고 있는 듯
귀찮아서 안 적었지만 1주일 정도 하니까 확실히 허리가 얇아짐... 벗 허리가 너무 아파서 더는 못할듯... 재미는 있음!추천!!

Hoy 25/02/2023 comencé con esta rutina, no está pesada no cansa, aquí estas todo el tiempo de pie haciendo los ejercicios, con esta rutina aparte de trabajar la cintura sentí estirarme así como con un ejercicio que hago que es para tener espalda y postura hermosa.
Y los ejercicios que se hacen aquí son buenos para cintura y unos ya los e hecho en otras rutinas de cintura/abdominales
