Totally agree 💯%! I said in my comment I loved the Hawaiian shirt look, it's fun to see just a peak at Dr. Grande in another setting, though I love his videos and that setting very much also! But totally agree with your comment here! ✌️💖
I’ve met her (was a DOC nurse), and as of 2010 she still took no responsibility, alleges her daughter just wanted to steal her inheritance, claims the police set her up, says her lawyer fucked her case up. She lives in what we called “the cottages” out at Purdy.
In 2009 I was incarcerated at Dublin, FCI. I was lucky enough to share a room with Stella for a couple of months. She was the meanest woman I've ever met. She maintained her innocence, blamed her daughter and had an extremely unhealthy relationship with the very young Mexican girl under me. She was manipulative and loved to tell stories. There was something very evil about her and I always found it strange whenever she sneezed I would say "bless you". She would say nothing but glare at me. I was so happy when I changed rooms and got new bunkees.
That last point you made about substance use and loss of relationships once you stop using is exactly what I went through and is still to this day one of the hardest things for me to get over. I had to let go of all my friends and almost everyone associated with them. If there was another way to have gotten sober but kept those relationships I would have done it, but they're just simply was no way for that to happen. Sobriety can be very lonely but worth the effort.

I think I remember this around same time as the Tylenol killings in the 80's. (I just looked it up This was 4 years later). I think the Tylenol killings got the tamper proof packages started, though.
I think this is why such products no longer come in 'capsules' with powder inside, which can be opened up, and instead hard tablet and eventually gel caps became the norm.
Thank you, Dr Grande! I appreciate your sobering point of fact that to change behavior usually also requires leaving behind people who you care about. @@streaming5332, in the US we have Washington District of Columbia which is referred to as "D.C." or "Washington" frequently. This area is referred to in the 'news' more often. Dr Grande references "Seattle" and "Oregon" in the video. Many people would be able to determine that this event occurred in the US in the state of Washington (on the other side of the country from "DC"). Hence, referring to events known in the state of Washington as in "WA" actually clarifies. We do not use "WA" or "WA DC" for Washington D.C. I hope this helps.

Thank you Dr. Grande! Great episode as usual! Love that classic touch of humor! You're the best! ♡♡
10/10 for that sweet shirt in the Factor ad, Dr. G. 🙌
A video on the Tylenol murders of 1982 and James William Lewis would be great.
Thank you Dr Todd. This is disturbing, but I'm in bed, listening half asleep. Thoughts of Marlon Brando in 'Streetcar Named Desire' keep crossing through my thoughts. STELLA!!!! You're the reason I have such a hard time opening bottles!! 🥴
First and foremost.
Outstanding shirt, in the commercial.
Your smile looks like your are happy.😊
Your humor is perfect and always spot on.
I remember the Tylenol murders. Seem like it was a copycat process.
Thank you.
Peace 💕🇺🇲
MF - Someone said so nice to see the good doctor happy! I agree!
Forget about the video. More of Dr. Grande in the beautiful flowered shirt with that big smile on his face!
Hi Dr. Grande, I love your shirt..❤
Everyone who wants Dr. Grande to wear that shirt during an entire video!! 🙋♀️
I’m binge watching you Dr Grande lol 😂 I hope that’s a psychologically stable thing to do lol 😂
Never heard of this case. Very interesting analysis Doc.
Dr Grande
You are amazing at videos and commercials!
She’s the reason we can’t open our pill bottles today.
🤣 funny but true
😂😂😂😂😂
Yes, and I hate her for that! 🤬
Was it her or another case? Either way, she’s at least one of the reasons.
@@Mama_Bear524 No, it was the Tylenol (cyanide) murder scandal in '82, Chicago. I watched a documentary on that earlier. Creepy af. 7 people died.. They never found out who did it, either.
"Stella Nickell had a phenomenal lack of empathy." That summed up this whole case!
Incredible video, Dr. Grande!
Also had to laugh when you said "It appears as though Stella should have checked out the topic of: Covering Ones Tracks. 😅
Dr. Grande takes time to give us a good ad! 😁
Recommend it , and " Bitter Harvest"!! Amazing books! Thank You, again, My Favorite Doctor!
These are extremely good!! I find these cases intwresting; especially. First time I've heard with excedrin.
Finished Harm Reduction last night. If you haven't read, DO IT!!!! Already reviewed but seriously, I really enjoyed it. Hope you write another crime fiction one day.
There's never a question if you could analyze any of the cases doc, it's just a matter of when
Just a reminder, I'm not diagnosing anybody in this video; only speculating what could be happening when a product is tampered with like this.
Just a reminder, I haven't watched this video yet; I'm speculating what you might be referring to & writing this before I have any concrete ideas...
@@TheCatBilbo Just a reminder, I should have issued a 'spoiler alert'.
I sure hope @Gavin H gets back to us after watching the video. I want to know what his fully formed ideas are! 💡 She got away with murder, then 'kind of' turns herself in. "My husband was poisoned by these TWO cyanide laced Excedrine bottles! Now, where's my double insurance payment?" That's being my idea. Dopey murders are the worst kind. 🤣
@@LDiamondz This! ⬆️
@@TheCatBilbo lol. 👍
That ending, I felt that
I remember the excedrin and Tylenol deaths. It was a scary time.
I love how Dr Grande politely says “…had trouble regulating his intake of alcohol”. I would just say he was a drunk.
If it wasn’t for her greed, she never would have been caught. Of course, greed is many people’s undoing.
Yes, I love it too.
I have trouble regulating my intake of food.
@@felicita5237 - hahaha- I do too
@@grumpyoldlady_rants 😁
You, of course are no doubt only speculating about him being a drunk.
I remember not having headaches for years!
I saw Bella!
You always have good videos. We enjoy.
Brilliant analysis as always . Thank you so much Dr Grande. Love the ad ,the food looks delicious. Also love the shirt .
Hello lovely new mamma! 😍🤩😘🥰
❤ I had to post the one above to make sure it didn't disappear. My last one right here did! 😬 I left a message a day ago for you, but I don't think you got it. 😭🤣 Anyway, SO happy to hear about baby Noah! 👶 💙💖💫 Congratulations to you and the whole Cotton Tails family! 🤗 I bet Dr.Daddy and the twins are spoiling both of you! Luckiest baby in the world to have you for a mum! ☘☘ I hope you're all doing great!👍 So, does Noah remember all those songs the twins sang to him? 🤣 That was adorable! I wish there was some way we could communicate besides here. I keep missing you! 😭 Hugs to you and baby Noah, and the whole CT family! Love ya, lovely one! 🌹🌹🌹⚘⚘⚘🌷🌷🌷☘☘☘❤💙🧡💛🤎❤
@@LDiamondz I have been looking for you lovely, my beautiful baby boy Noah was born on Sunday the 8th, on Mother's Day. How are you going? I have missed you so much 😍😘❤💙🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
I also need a favour from you. 🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋
@@cottontails9003 Hey there! 👋 Yes, I saw your post about Noah and replied to your comment: "Ground control calling L. Diamondz." So funny! 🤣 I really am so happy for you all. I have to remember you're 14 hours ahead of me! I love the name, Noah, btw. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎
Dr. Grande, could you analyze the case of Candy Montgomery. And possible diagnoses for she and Betty Gore? Thanks
Love the Hawaiian shirt in the sponsor pic doc lol and the Excedrin murder jokes
Awwwww you looked so happy with your meal. Like the shirt.
I’m from WA. This happened not far from me. As kids, we did say sort of obnoxious things when EXcedrin commercials came on tv. Well-played, Dr G!🤣
@@streaming5332 WA= Washington state in the US, where the couple lived and the crime occurred.
@@streaming5332 It is a state. We do abbreviate our states to two letters often.
@@streaming5332,
in the US we have Washington District of Columbia which is referred to as "D.C." or "Washington" frequently.
@@streaming5332 WS is Wisconsin. I tried to help you. I don’t know where you are from but how I referred to the state of Washington (WA) is common knowledge, not a matter up for debate. Bye.
@@MsDripCoffee You couldn't help anybody, you're thick. Bye.
Whoever the person was who set this innocent woman up...they were clearly a top notch mastermind criminal! Amazing!
Just here to speculate!
Hello Daniele how are you doing over there?
Everytime he laughs I gotta go back and rewind to see the rare moment. I’m SURE that he his very funny and almost extroverted in his real personal life.
Wow, I usually steer clear of persiflage like the cactus commentary, but that flowered shirt in the Factor Sector is one helluva item.
I switched from Extra Murder Excedrin & started using Execution Strength Tylenol. What a difference it makes!
Doc, could you examine impersonators like Jessica Krug, The Georgetown University Professor who pretended to be an afro Latina, even though she was White? Thanks.
Ha Haha ha Haha ha Haha ha !. Ok I'm contained now
So funny! 🤣🤣🤣
Ah, yes!! I would love to hear Dr. Grande's take on her as well.
Also do Rachel Dolezal who pretended to be black and worked for the NAACP lol! Put on fake tan, made her hair all Frizzy. Also a woman named Elizabeth Warren pretended for years to be Native American and was even given a job in the law faculty in Harvard on that basis!
@@Sinsteel
Oh yes. Rachel Dolezal would be a very good one!
I usually hate commercials in videos but those Factor meals are good and the protein shakes are awesome. They need to make those shakes available without the meals to be honest.
