TY for the upload, Dr. EDIT: What happened with the fentanyl? She would have been experiencing withdrawal, had to have been, unless SHE didn't use her patches...
I think I have been told that fentanyl patches can take quite some time to actually begin relieving pain for the individual, like up to 12+ hours. Because fentanyl is so dangerous and dosed in micrograms, I think the patches work in that manner to very slowly release an adequate but safe amount of the drug to ease pain. But because she had no fentanyl in her bloodwork, I don't think she was using the patches regularly (maybe because of her fear of dependency? We can't know for sure). But I think since her husband stuck the two patches on her just a couple hours before she was removed from the home, no longer alive, explains why she didn't have it in her system. There is definitely no way she was wearing fentanyl patches daily without having it show up in a drug test. I wanted to ask what the signs you see in an adult that suggest possible overuse of alcohol. I don't mean to call into question your statement, I'm just genuinely curious. Is a bloated face part of that appearance? That is something I have noticed in older men who I believe are binge drinkers.

In Defense of Shower Heads! .....And tunnel-vision I think the reason he almost got away with it is because the autopsy showed an enlarged heart (along with hardening of the arteries). This caused tunnel vision on part of the examiner. An enlarged heart is often the cause of sudden death (sometimes on the field) in 'healthy' athletes or those that abuse steroids. So when you find this along with hardening of the arteries is a 'regular' or unhealthy person it means their heart is working too hard and if there are no drugs in the person's system it's easy to go with 'unknown' or 'undetermined' causes of death (while assuming the enlarged/overworked heart went into arrhythmia causing death). She had a current history of falling that could explain some of the bruising. She had a lot of bruises... BUT there are 2 injuries that stood out and caused the doctor to determine that she had been strangled after reading the autopsy, but these are two very specific injuries and should have IMMEDIATELY raised a red flag (strangulation) when seen together! ...but may have gotten overlooked (or purposely ignored) during the autopsy because there were so many bruises, injuries. These 2 injuries (that show strangulation) should have been the very first thing the medical examiner looked for, when there is a death of a woman at home especially with bruising or evidence of a struggle, but the enlarged heart lead him/her down that pathway as the cause of death. Thank goodness for the doctor taking another look at the autopsy.
So they missed she was strangled? So he was hiring out his pool, but he got 700k in life insurance? The timeline of his movements, no evidence of a break in etc? This was a slam dunk for the prosecution.

MF - Howdy what with what is happening in Ukraine, I like that you always end with "Peace!" That country is now destroyed (and many dead!!!) And for what!
Dr. Grande, you should analyze the case of Dee Ann Warner out of Michigan. Very intriguing case. Her brother and kids are her champions. Her husband obviously killed her and they still haven't found her remains.
So I do actually know someone who fell and died in the shower. But I don't think it can really be that common for those who are not limited by age-related disability. I only know of one person, a friend of mine from highschool, who fell in the shower and immediately snapped his neck and died . It was really awful but it's called a "freak accident" for a reason. And it was obvious what had happened, he didn't have 80-something bruises and abrasions and a chipped tooth. How awful.
In high school a friend of ours died hitting his head on bathtub (back in high school, no health or neurological issues to explain it). I fell within cms of doing the same in my late 20s. Sorry for your loss.
Hi Dr G. On point analysis again. This is, I agree, another psychonarc domestic violence case. That is one chapter in my life I'll never return to. See you on your next video, peace to you & your family as well, love, Janine Smiley🙂😀🤩😎😍⌚🛋💯❕❗🏡🚗🚘⌚🛋
Accidental deaths probably are more common in the shower than in most other rooms in a house. A slippery floor combined with many hard surfaces and metal protrusions make a fall both more likely and more dangerous.
I'll definitely look for the "death free" shower head next time I'm in the market 😆 I don't mean to make light. Their poor kids now have neither parent. That's the worst part 😢
We cannot know which examiner was the inept one, can we? If we assume he's guilty then it looks like the first one got it wrong. But then again the (second) autopsy is (in part) what the argument that he's guilty is founded on, so that would be circular reasoning.
How flippantly you say "She was prone to accidents" is pretty disheartening as it's more likely she's prone to cover up the DV she was experiencing. Straight up, if he beat her that much and strangled her to death, it was NOT the first time he physically abused her. No, we don't know that for a fact but that's def an aspect of this case you should bring up esp if you think it's probable he did it. If nothing else, you should bring it up because October is DV Awareness Month and people need to reminded that DV doesn't just affect celebrity couples.
I almost drowned myself in my sisters shower in the guest room at her new house. I turned the head round and got the shock of my life 😅. It was like a fire hose! 😂🤣

Had a guy in our town who thought that he could not only get away with murder ( murders ? ) but that he was an entertainer. He was wrong about both. His name is Drew P……. Thanks Dr.Grande !!!
The shower story of spontaneous death is actually plausible if they are wearing fentanyl patches. You are NOT supposed to wear them in the shower, it messes up the time release mechanism and quite a few people have been killed this way. However in this case it seems the patches were placed onto her after she died since there was no fentanyl in her blood
@@bthomson really, I don't remember seeing it, I will check the video he posted, I thought of it because I just watched the tv show based on the true story on Netflix
Once again the LAB techs failed to identify drugs or injuries in the original reports & autopsy. Unabsorbed fentanyl & no pot in her system & covered in bruises & & they ignored her choked throat. Unbelievable.
So how is it possible that the medical concluded that her cause of death was undetermined? If she was drowned/ strangled, surely there must have been plenty of evidence of that?

Always interesting.
Thank you,
Peace 💕🇺🇲
MF - Howdy what with what is happening in Ukraine, I like that you always end with "Peace!" That country is now destroyed (and many dead!!!) And for what!
Dr. Grande, you should analyze the case of Dee Ann Warner out of Michigan. Very intriguing case. Her brother and kids are her champions. Her husband obviously killed her and they still haven't found her remains.
Love the studle humor, a violent shower head, and the one in psycho it took 21 clips to get that scene.
did you mean subtle?
Thanks dr grande. Love that your channel is doing so well! Love the talent behind the videos. I also wanna add, humor on point.
I just watched this Dateline and was really hoping you would cover this!
Yeah. Me too.
How awful.
So sorry for your loss
In high school a friend of ours died hitting his head on bathtub (back in high school, no health or neurological issues to explain it). I fell within cms of doing the same in my late 20s.
Sorry for your loss.
Hi, Dr. Grande. Love your content. Can you please analyze the case of Brodie Panlock?
@@janinemccartha1811 Uh. thanks. I hope you do well. Also, I'm not Dr. Grande.
Naptime whilst listening to the good Doctor. Thank you. 🙏🏾
His wife did die from a cancer, bob.
Nothing like choosing a psychopath as a life partner.
Thanks for the video DR.GRANDE, great job as always.
Hey Dr. Grande I appreciate your continued quality videos. Take care
My deepest condolences to the family & loved ones 😧😔💔. Great analysis 🧐.
Can you offer your opinion on the murder of Debbie Collier in Athens GA. The case seems to be at a stand still. Look forward to your post. Thank you
Wow, really great initial investigation by the police, along with whoever the inept Medical Examiner was, bravo..🤨
Rull - Yeah! So often the crime scene work and autopsy seem to miss important clues! Are they rushed?
We cannot know which examiner was the inept one, can we? If we assume he's guilty then it looks like the first one got it wrong. But then again the (second) autopsy is (in part) what the argument that he's guilty is founded on, so that would be circular reasoning.
Dr. Grande can you please analyze the crazy case of Jan Broberg and her family
Entertaining as always Dr G - so sad for the family-
Hold up now Dr Grande! I gotta go check my shower head to make sure it is violent proof! 😂😂. Okay, I’m back, I’m safe. Thank you Dr Grande! 😂
If that - "It doesn't just happen to celebrities" - is the message of DV Awareness Month, then the whole exercise is redundant rubbish.
@@eadweard. no, it's a call back to the fact that he's done several videos on the Dep Heard trial.
This is likely the story that Bob told police about a "clumsy" wife, therefore Dr G is merely repeating what has been reported.
Oh, these narcissists are so damaging to so many people.
Good morning Dr.Grande Happy Sunday ty Soooomuch
I often wonder about the qualifications of the original medical examiner in cases like this.
👏👏 Tysvm Dr. Grande! 👏👏
By far the most amusing video so far.
Wow - Susan’s detective skills are 💯
I almost drowned myself in my sisters shower in the guest room at her new house. I turned the head round and got the shock of my life 😅. It was like a fire hose! 😂🤣
I would like to see a researched statistic on how many tub / shower body discoveries turn out to be the result of murder. I suppose it would be very high.
Death-free showering ... once again Dr. G knocks it out of the park with humor-laced brilliance ⚘️😁
Good Morning Dr.Grand🧩e.
I hope nobody ever tires of honest compliments..
Doc, you are the hardest working psychiatrist psychologist analysis giver and lover of solving and explaining the different perspectives of the human psyche, and all things 🕵🏼️ crime ever!
Your delivery of your humor and wit is also highly revered!
Thank you Dr. Grand🧩e!
Much respect.😊!
Agreed!
13:37 this whole section about the lethality of showers 😂😂😂😂
Dr Grande is so neutral and deadpan, but the tasteful often subtle jokes he slips in to these videos are so good 😂
Thank you Dr Grande for your thorough presentation and analysis of the case. I was not aware of the shower incident so of course I search for the Commando 450 Shower head on Seinfeld. Excellent humour.
Great analysis. Love the killer shower heads, probably explains some of my bruises. I think Bob watched Double Endemity one too many times, but never saw how the movie ended. By the way Doubke Endemity is based on an actual case.
Love you, Dr. Grande! As always, excellent analysis! ❤️
A cerebral and refreshing angle on murder cases. Consistently compelling posts Dr Grande .
Excellent analysis‼️
Had a guy in our town who thought that he could not only get away with murder ( murders ? ) but that he was an entertainer. He was wrong about both. His name is Drew P…….
Thanks Dr.Grande !!!
drew peterson the cop? yasss!! 🙌 was so happy to see that narcissistic arrogant heartless killer arrested!
Also weird he wouldn't remember if she was face up or down.
I could maybe see forgetting but IDK feels like that would be the first thing you see.
Great commentary/analysis
Who’d want to have an affair with him?? Gross!
This is sad, but oh my gosh, you are hysterical!!!!
Thank you Dr. Grande! 😊
*Dr Todd Grande Robert and Stacy married 2005 in Canada appreciate your videos Listening 🌟 from Mass USA TYVM 💙*
Dr G. outdid even himself with his wordsmithery in this one.
Dr Grande, could you make an analysis of THE WATCHER thank you
He has!
@@bthomson really, I don't remember seeing it, I will check the video he posted, I thought of it because I just watched the tv show based on the true story on Netflix
Good Evening, Dr. Grande.
Oh you are so witty BRAVO
I ALWAYS choose the death free shower head !!! But that's just me!
Wow! 17 minutes new! I was lurking in wait! 🎃
Watching dr. Grande has made me afraid of ever having a relationship again. It's allways lethal.
Once again the LAB techs failed to identify drugs or injuries in the original reports & autopsy. Unabsorbed fentanyl & no pot in her system & covered in bruises & & they ignored her choked throat. Unbelievable.
Truly
Great analysis Dr
Hahaha! Dr. Grande, you are so funny! I enjoy your deadpan humor very much! 😂😅😂❤
So how is it possible that the medical concluded that her cause of death was undetermined? If she was drowned/ strangled, surely there must have been plenty of evidence of that?
A forensic show I was watching few months back, noted that in most "undermined " deaths, it is a homicide. 😮
Excellent as always
