Hopefully im wrong. Or maybe its yours too?. But no Dr's name is used on there which is pretty weird. Hope you read this.

What about jogging 🏃♂️ with a perfect technique. It would go away faster and dynamic.
You need to protect your knees or you wont be able to use them after 50. In more, doing too much jogging will also be noticeable after 50 where you will need the fat, not exhaust it from your body.
@@yall2743 Yeah thats right. Every serious runner do gym quadrizeps with the machine. If you don t do it then cames the wheelchair.

youre right - its a conspriacyu.. our power is in the posture.. an open trust centre c1 is tribal they can cARRY weights weightlessly.. perfect posture is weightless.. zero stress.. do you think they want us in zero stress?? umm..
