Dear Dr Berg, as a long time yoga practitioner - and one-time teacher! - I do appreciate your sharing this vital information with us in an easy-to-understand format. Believing strongly in the body’s innate intelligence and its healing abilities, and in the “food-as-medicine” dogma, you bring it all home to me in this perfect package called Dr. Berg! You are a talented and compassionate teacher. Many blessings and peace to you and your family. 🙏
at the age of 10, i fell onto my tail bone directly onto the point of the pavement raised by the roots of a tree. i’m 57 and once in a while i’ll get a excruciating pain at my tail bone, not my neck, but my neck has always been stiff. but that pain......it’s nothing you’d ever want to experience because there’s nothing you can do other than lay down and suffer for 45 minutes. it’s f******ing unbelievably painful !!!!! this video is the first and only that has ever mentioned a tail bone injury let alone a remedy. you’re the best dr. berg.
Dr Eric, I love you and could not live without you. I have been to many doctors and none helped me. You have healed me a few times when they didn't. Everything you said fits my problem. Thank you so much for all you do for us viewers.
Thanks so much for this video Dr Berg! My tailbone was broken when I was 12...roller skating and two older boys thought it would be funny to skate really fast on either side of me, sweeping my feet out from under me, I landed hard, squarely on my tailbone. Could not move for a few seconds, in agony...dragged myself to the edge of the rink, pulled myself up with my arms and used the roller skates to roll myself off the rink. It was horrific. Ever since, there have been issues intermittently. The manipulation of my skull helped relieve some SI joint pain! I did it myself to see if there was any hint of relief, and there was, but I appreciate it’s not ideal. I have a fellow friend Osteopath who I’ll ask to do it for me.(I’m a Homepath btw). Anyway, your videos are really a breath of fresh air! Thank you! 🙏🏻💗🙏🏻
Blessings to you Dr. Berg! 3 years ago i fell from a horse..after acupuncture, everyday stretching and super healthy diet with fish oil and vit D...still around ovulation time, i get real pain in SI joint. This is the information I needed about 15 years ago trying to figure out what was going on with my back. I tried to tell my doctor that the pain felt like something gynecological but I actually had the trifecta, ovarian cyst, tailbone injury and a desk job so spent years dealing with back pain and SI joint specifically. Thank you!
Hi I have cysts and desk job and have worse pain in the center of hip and across the hips. Can you relate to my situation and provide some help what have you done and if it helped than the pain killer medication? Your reply will be great help.
Amazing video! I felt on my tailbone 2 weeks ago and could barely sit. And yesterday, I woke up with a sharp pain in the hip joint. I knew I shocked my nervous system, but could not make sense of my symptoms. Thank you doctor Berg, I started to work on it right away. ⚕️
OMG! I was laying down doing the massage on my right side as I was watching the video just to imitate to make sure I was doing it right. I felt immediate relief! All this time dealing with that pain? Thank you Dr. Berg.
30 yrs ago I fell and injured my tailbone, knocked sacrum out and suffered because no ins ...later fell again several times and finally got help, therapy etc. nobody ever showed me this. I just did it and it took my pain level wayyyy down
Yup. Another convinced benefactor. My right sacroiliac joint has been very unhappy for weeks after sitting at my desk for work. I placed a tennis ball on the floor beneath my left sacroiliac joint, laid on it, heard a mild pop and by golly, I feel much better!!!! I also tried the neck stretch and it just felt great. Try it whether you've had a tailbone injury or not. It's great! Thank you, Dr. Berg!!
Geez, Dr Berg!!! I think I just stumbled on this particular video of yours on my smart phone on UA-cam!!!!! And boy, am I happy?! Because I had a major tailbone injury so many years ago now!!! I was rollerskating up in Anchorage, Alaska, with an old boyfriend of mine, and his half Vietnamese son!! We were really having fun, going with the crowd with the music, going around in circles… Somebody suggested that this young man should try and skate between my legs from behind me… wasn’t a very good idea!! But he was so tall, plus his skates brought him up even further, and he couldn’t make it! So I ended up falling straight down and bouncing some right on my tailbone!! I’m sure I cracked and broke it!! And I never went to the emergency room or doctor to get it looked at and/or treated!!! So when I was giving birth to my second son also, I could feel the tailbone injury… I really need to get someone, probably my husband, to massage my neck, as you demonstrate here in this video! I have had & I am having so much pain now with my lower back, down into my pelvic area and hips, down my thighs into both of my knees, which have so much inflammation!!! Plus I’m sure I have A pinched sciatic nerve… And our old chiropractor said I have a deteriorated L3 and L4 disc, etc., etc.!! Anyway, I have been in a world of hurt!!! Thank you very much, Dr Berg!!!
Dr. Berg I injured my tailbone as a child sledding. Again during childbirth to a very large baby. X-ray showed that it has healed bent. I also experience this bubbling sensation at the base of my skull along with SI pain, hip pain. This whole video is exactly what I needed to see and I think it completely applies to me. Already have the sea kelp and potassium citrate 😉
If had problem for few years, watching this video reminded me of hurting my tailbone snowboarding years ago, also sitting in the chair having my hair cut when the barber moved my head forward it hurt my si joint, all fits in now, what an amazing video, thanks Dr berg
I've had left (S-I) pain for @ 19 years now. The stretching exercises never relieved the pain. What did help was (1.) Taking my wallet out of my (R) pocket while driving long distances, (2.) Going from 3 sodas a day down to maybe 1 or 2 a month to reduce my uric acid & (3.) Getting a family member between 60 - 110 lbs. to actually stand on the joint as I lay face down on the floor. Now #3 really reduced the pain from an 8 to a 1 and the relief lasts for a few months. PS. Doc, you are one of the best around. Thank You
Sitting upright is bad enough for the human anatomy as we evolved to crouch (as in tall grass to hide and avoid being eaten by predators !) and wallets in our back pockets , over time, is one of the biggest causes of pelvic imbalance and pain. So many people don't understand that such a "little" thing can cause so much agony!
Why can't all doctors be like you?😁 I was in a car accident 20 yrs ago and I fractured my pelvis. I think I have arthritis in it because both of my hips hurt a lot. Especially to sleep on it so thank you for showing this because I have never been told that. God bless you and yours ✝️💯
I've had this pain for years. My tailbone got broke when I was 3. I always thought that was why I had that pain. My tailbone pops for years now. Thank you for this information!!
Thanks Doc you hit the nail on the head. I am getting treated for old injuries from falling on my tail bone. 72 now and I am not struggling with it. I was wondering why the Doc was working on my neck✅ You are a wonderful man with a treasure chest full of information. God Bless you🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻
I’m so glad this popped up in my feed. I have a client that has just been told by his doctor that his SI joints are ‘messed’ up. He’s a Vietnam Vet and ex jock and other things that have been rough on his body. Unfortunately, he’s already had some nerves burned in his lumbar region and is looking at having it done in the SI joints. I worked all around the sacrum and glutes/hips. I worked the psoas too. But I’m going to have to test this with him. Between checking for ureter pain and stretching at the base of the skull. Thank you for this video!
My friends and I used to have a similar skeleton in size but a little more cartoony. His name was Fred. We would take him out to bars with us to hang out. We were weird but it was hilarious!
There is also a 4th reason for sacroiliac pain - Ankylosing Spondylitis - inflammation of the sacro joints which causes years of pain when your’re not diagnosed properly, by many different professionals, who keep telling you to keep exercising even when the pain is so bad you can’t walk
Yes but diagnosing it is so hard. What tests did you do for your diagnosis? My mom is about to have an MRI of SI joints and hips ,she has all the symptoms of ankylosing spondilitis,is genetic testing accurate and worth it?Which Medication are you using for your AS?
I fell 5 weeks ago causing a compression fracture in L2. There was some soreness there but not nearly as much as there was in my SI joints, the right side being worse. Tried the pressure on the opposite side as shown and it worked! Definitely less pain now! Thanks!
Have occasionally had SI joint pain on and off for years, I did a lot of physical labor, and didn't know why I hurt, but my jeans were a bit tight and I couldn't afford to get bigger pants at the time. Amazingly...once I got bigger pants, stopped wearing the tight ones I had, and got rid of them, it went away. It took several years to figure out why I had SI joint pain, but I can confidently say I get SI joint pain if my pants/shorts are too tight, because it happened enough to correlate it with tight clothing. When you wear a pair of pants/shorts and have SI joint pain, consider putting something else on to see if it helps/goes away, and is gone by the next day; pants and people are all different shapes and sizes, and clothes fit each of us differently. That is not to say Dr. Berg is not correct in his analysis, he does really good videos that seem to be spot on for information; it's just another reason for SI joint pain for people to be aware of.
M B I asked a pain specialist doctor about 7yrs ago what I could do when a latest MRI of my entire spine showed I had cysts ALL the way down my spine from my C1 to my sacrum and my ovaries and she didn't know what to say 😯😔😭🤷♀️. She told me to ask my gynecologist 😯🤦♀️ I couldn't believe it and my SI joint has been KILLING me for a couple weeks here lately and right before Christmas on December 21st I fell and hurt myself REALLY BAD and laid outside yelling for Help for 5mins and NO ONE came to help me 💔😭 so I had to force myself to crawl inside as I was bleeding and I had to go to Urgent Care and the nurse practitioner NEVER checked everything and I'm going on the 4th of January 2023 to see my primary and see if she'll do a MRI to make sure I didn't get a hairline fracture of my right hip because the pain just keeps getting worse. I'm wondering if the Sea Kelp would help all the cysts from my spine to my ovaries? I will definitely order some if so, but I couldn't believe a pain doctor for my back couldn't or wouldn't help me or answer my question about that. SMH😔
You are just amazing! No doctors helped me with the issues you’ve helped solved after just a few videos, for free. You are an Angel. I am vegan but still am learning from you. TY
Thank you so much for this particular video. I did fall on my tail bone ( direct hard hit ) 40 years ago, and I have had sacroiliac and low back pain ever since. I appreciate very much that you showed us how to stretch the neck and cranial area on a live assistant. She was very helpful too. I will send feedback once I do this exercise within the next few days. Sincere thanks - Susan
Exactly what I have at the moment, it really wakes me up in the middle of the night with a numbing pain. Going to try this, potassium and lots of water, will see how this goes. Thanks Dr.
I’ve been suffering with SI pain for the past 10 years after falling hard on my tailbone and no doctor or chiropractor could figure out what was causing the hurt. The pain got increasingly worse over time, especially this last year until yesterday. So, yesterday a family friend told my husband that it could maybe be a problem with the SI. So, I decided to look at Dr. Berg’s video on this topic since I’m already a follower and man, I finally found the solution I was looking for in this video. After doing these stretch exercises last night, the pain went completely away, just like that. I am so grateful to you Dr. Berg! You are truly a blessing! I don’t even know how to express my gratitude! I’m so touched. I truly hope you will always be blessed for all that you do. Thank you so much! God bless you always!
Great tail bone information! Now I know how to heal it completely after getting nailed in the back with my surfboard! It's been 2 years now and still hurts!
You are amazing. I had referred pain and did this and my pain went away. I’ve been in pain for days. Can’t believe my pain went away. Ordering your sea kelp supplement.Thank you so much!!!
Yes I agree that those 3 causes could lead to SI joint pain but the most common cause of SI joint pain come from imbalances that are triggered from muscles in the lumbar & pelvis in addition to imbalances in the movement of the feet and ankles.
I’ll definitely give this a try. Not only do I deal with cysts and back pain, but I just sent the video to a friend to do the test. I’ve never heard of these possibilities for the SI joint pain. Thanks!
Thanks Dr Berg..I have been suffering from pain and compression on my spinal cord L5area.. MRI showed pinching of the cord. I had taken a bad fall 4yrs ago on my tail bone.. post that injury I kept getting once or twice a year shooting pain in my back and a tightness which made me feel I cudnt stand straight .last year things got worse and I got bed ridden for 3 months..every doctor took my history and when I mentioned the tail bone injury they all said not related..today 1st time I hear you say it is connected. Thank you.
The ovary pain referring to SIJoint in not common. Ureteric pain is usually somewhat higher in the lumbar area and referred to groin or anterior abdomen. The most common cause is local SIJoint pain or pain from L4, L5 or even S1 or S2. SI joint, is a due to Sacro-iliatis.
Dr you are a blessing to the internet. Great analysis and overlooked principles highlighted here. Didn't know the opposite side had a significant effect. So i utilised your advise and felt immediate results. Thank you, you star!
That was so helpful Dr Berg. Many thanks. I had a whiplash injury in the 80's and over time, at least 1 major fall where I am sure my coccyx was broken... the bruising going from the middle of my back to behind my knees. .. I didn't seek help but am now having pain in both areas, my neck is always clicking and graunching and susceptible to the cold. I have discovered recently that the vagus nerve and sympathetic nervous system can be disrupted from injury to the neck area and can cause immune problems longterm, which I also have ... One thing leads to another. These videos are amazing because they help with educating us about the interconnectiveness of our body instead of "the look here, not there!" medical model. Bessings❤
Going to try this. Thank you very much. You're a kind heart. Hopefully this will help my husband. He had a fall, I think tail bone injury. He's had lower back pain and neck pain with headaches. Love your videos. I myself am on a keto lifestyle and it has changed my life ( -60 lbs.). Thanks again for all your efforts to help as many people as possible. You are saving lives!
Thank you for this!! I have had this pain. It recurs and usually resolves in a week but it’s getting worse over time. I can’t wait to try this if/when the pain comes back!!
I can't say enough about how much your videos have helped me! I tell everyone I know about your channel! From the adrenal fatigue to the Keto diet..I'm so happy! Thank-you from the bottom of my heart! God bless you Doctor Berg!!
I had a tailbone injury when I was around 13 and it took many years for the pain to go away. I few years ago I started experiencing SI joint pain. I think yoga and some SI joint exercises and taking some time off from work (not siting in front of a computer) helped. Thanks god my SI joint pain is gone.
SI joint is usually biomechanical. The Doctor here goes into systemic problems as well. Superb presentation, very thorough. If biomechanical, there are more techniques for more severe cases to reset the joint.
I have had mine reset twice ten years apart with the help of a PT and my own muscles. Before we performed the technique every movement elicited a loud grunt or other horrible noise from the incredible amount of pain.
Doctor Berg my doctor said my estrogen is a bit low, would that sea kelp help me. I have sore back and sciatic flare up. I also don't have my uterus or ovaries any more as well as my gallbladder. I was wondering if lower back pain and sciatica could be from lack of estrogen.
Broke my tailbone from a very hard fall years ago and back doctor realigned it with an internal adjustment, a couple of months prior to having my first huge back surgery. However, my entire spine including my neck has severe degenerative joint disease, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, and I have had several back surgeries. The last exercise that you presented for the broken tailbone I was able to perform on myself without any assistance and it immediately helped an old injury at t5 t6 and also relieved the pressure in my traps as well as the rhomboids, so it works for more than just the tailbone, just saying. So thank you 🤗
OMG dr Berg it works .. I'm in agony at the moment the physio said its a sacroiliac joint dysfunction .. as soon as i pressed the opposite side with a tennis ball against the wall the pain is relieving and i feel it less and less . Thank you so much for this video . 🙏🙏
Dear Dr. Berg thank you for the detailed info, learnt a lot. But I've constant pain in my upper buttocks for the last one month and it hurts a lot...walking hinders. I'll truly appreciate your help...
I went up the stairs at work one day and my SI pain flared. It was right before my menstral period. I'v also fallen on my tailbone a few times in my life. This is awesome information.
Dr. Berg... your sea kelp says it has 500 mg per capsule. If the ovary is my problem... how many of those should I take a day? And can you give me a ball park figure on how long it may take to fix the problem? I don't know how much longer I can take this pain.
Are you kidding me?????? No doctore can pinpoint this to me!! I am outraged!!!! WTF! (excuse my language) I have this problem for 30 years! Left side, to the point that I could not walk. Now I want to know why a full bladder at night makes my left hip hurt at night? When relieved, then it stops hurting... It all goes together! Pain in my ovary, the sacro ill hurting and my right hip hurting when full bladder at night ( I don't know if that is a symptom also from ovary). Amazing! Thank you!!!!
We've both been in misery for about the same length of time (my story is above somewhere in the sea of comments), though mine is not ovary related but old injury related. I hope the techniques he showed in the video have helped you over the last 2 months??
Bless you I popped my Si joint out from carrying too many heavy boxes over the last 4 months and I have had tailbone accidents a few times, one last November, I fell on ice and sprained my wrist, ripped a rotator cuff and hurt my tailbone. My massage therapist says I am a mess 🥺
Thank you sir!... You are the first person I've seen who has mentioned that S-I pain can be 'referred' pain from Uric acid crystals etc... This is the cause of the S-I pain in my own case... Most of the information on UA-cam regarding pain involving the Sacroiliac only covers injury or misalignment etc.and does not mention that the pain can be 'referred' from an Ovary or irritated Ureter... I think this is dangerous as many people (including myself for a while) are doing physical stretches and movements to try to relieve the pain, when that will do little to help if it is your Overy or Ureter... Thanks again for making it so clear.
Thankyou so much Dr Berg. When I watched your video last night, my jaw dropped open. You have nailed in under 5 mins, the probable cause of my dull ache in my glutes every period. Yes, Ive got an ovary on that side that is the size of a small lemon too. Thankyou.
I have had sacro iliac joint pain since my pregnancy 4 years ago. I literally just massaged my ovaries while he was demonstrating it, and my pain went away. Guess it’s time to get some kelp. Amazing.
Thank you Dr. Berg for the great video, I been dealing with this Back Pain for the past 2 and a half years! That last exercise sounds 100 💯 percent on what happen to me coming down on one leg and all the force traveled up my spine, later sometimes stepping down off something I can feel a shock go up my spine still, with lots of back pain sitting and standing, also bending etc... Can you perform that last exercise by yourself to your own neck and head? I'm trying. P.s after work injury I also have a weak/bad hip with a right torn hip labrum, on the same side as the right SI Joint. Thanks 🙏🏾 once again and look forward to a reply P.s, I had that SI Joint Shot a year and 3 months ago, it helped for about 2months ago and Back came the #PAIN, I also have a SI Joint belt it helps some, but as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic it moves a lot
Andre Tate I had to have injections in my SI joints and throughout my spine every 2-3 months 😔😭 I'm surprised your doctor didn't reschedule you for a follow up and schedule you for another injection 🤔. I hope you don't need surgery on your back!!! Both my parents (now passed) had to have back surgery and my dad's was from being injured on the job 😢 he was NEVER the same and going to have a 5th back surgery before he passed 💔😔...not sure how my mother ended up needing it but she did well until she fell reinjuring it when opening her storm door and a wasp flew in her face causing her to fall. (I think it was Osteoporosis if I'm not mistaken 🤔). Whatever you do if you do end up needing back surgery PLEASE make sure you have a fantastic surgeon 🙏.
I'm cryng... YEARS of pain was unnecessary. All that ineffective, toxic pain MEDICATION was unnecessary. All that money/time wasted and quality of life lost because nobody could help me. Worst of all, they insinuated that my excruciating pain, to the point where I could barely walk at all, was not real but was in my head. Yet me not wanting to risk going through another spinal injection (or possibly even more invasive procedures or surgery) was frowned upon. i was given up on and told there wasn't anything else they could do for me. WHY did none of my chiropractors know this technique either? Only to find out today, there is an incredbly simple technique that could've given me relief AND a natural supplement that could've aided my healing is almost too much to take in. I know this is an old video, but thank you Dr. Berg. I have hope for relief in 2021.
Omg! I have an old, old, old tailbone injury (gymnastics, equestrian from the 70s/80s) and THIS is the first time (and I have seen chiropractors and massage therapists for decades) I have had this explained! Unfortunately, I am a widow so I will figure out massaging my neck as a stand alone - I have done it lightly before with relief but the right hip area pain always came back. Ugh.
If I was a women with SIJ pain I would "seek help" too... See what I did there ;) Great video Dr berg helpful for my revision. Training to be a physical therapist.

Berg.
Wish a doctor had told me this 20 years ago...thank you
The idea that a tailbone injury would travel all the way up to the base of the skull is very interesting. Thank you.
Berg!!
Your talking style is so good ,simply calm and light tone, Love you💓
When i saw that little skeleton i lost it !! I forgot why i was here lmao

Omg i too get the bubbling thing at the base of my head. What is that!😮
That girl is so very fortunate to have Dr. Berg as her doc. ✅🙏🏼🤗🥰
Thank you so much for the information. Pain is instantly gone!
I wear an SI belt for mine. It’s the OPTP Si-Loc belt on Amazon. My lumbar spine is a mess.
"In a male body they don't have ovaries...ok?"...that made me lol! I think you're a wonderful doctor! I'm thankful I found you❤
Crystal Laws that made me laugh too. :-)
That little skeleton is simultaneously funny and disturbing. And he's just flinging it around like its normal to hold a tiny skeleton
It isn’t?
Lol!
My friends and I used to have a similar skeleton in size but a little more cartoony. His name was Fred. We would take him out to bars with us to hang out. We were weird but it was hilarious!
😂flingin it😂
@@GrowingHomeGardening ohhhh, I wish I had thot of that!
Placing a tennis ball on the opposite side of the spine and massaging it really helped with the pain.
Thank You!
Thank you for your video on sacroiliac pain it was informative and also showed me ways to solve the problem.
When mine acts up I use a TENS unit with good results. Turmeric has also been helpful.
Dr. Berg is a Godsend. Tonight I was icing my right lower back and here popped the video to find relief. Truly amazing. Thank you.
I agree with you.I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis .
@@Србомбоница86 your mum needs to have a Xray done as I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis and thought it was normal back ache
I fell 5 weeks ago causing a compression fracture in L2. There was some soreness there but not nearly as much as there was in my SI joints, the right side being worse. Tried the pressure on the opposite side as shown and it worked! Definitely less pain now! Thanks!
It’s nice to see he’s following Martha Stewart’s tips on how to recycle Halloween decorations
Timeless. Thank you. For me also, a cyst on my ovary was found…you are so spot on!
M B
I asked a pain specialist doctor about 7yrs ago what I could do when a latest MRI of my entire spine showed I had cysts ALL the way down my spine from my C1 to my sacrum and my ovaries and she didn't know what to say 😯😔😭🤷♀️.
She was
very helpful too. I will send feedback once I do this exercise within the next few days.
Sincere thanks - Susan
How are you how?
Exactly what I have at the moment, it really wakes me up in the middle of the night with a numbing pain.
Going to try this, potassium and lots of water, will see how this goes.
Thanks Dr.
Any improvement?
I have si joint pain too after falling on my tailbone roller blading :( How are you now?
It's all connected
I’ll definitely give this a try. Not only do I deal with cysts and back pain, but I just sent the video to a friend to do the test. I’ve never heard of these possibilities for the SI joint pain. Thanks!
Please say thank you to the lovely young lady who assisted in this video!👍😊
Thanks Dr Berg..I have been suffering from pain and compression on my spinal cord L5area.. MRI showed pinching of the cord. I had taken a bad fall 4yrs ago on my tail bone.. post that injury I kept getting once or twice a year shooting pain in my back and a tightness which made me feel I cudnt stand straight .last year things got worse and I got bed ridden for 3 months..every doctor took my history and when I mentioned the tail bone injury they all said not related..today 1st time I hear you say it is connected. Thank you.
"Now, in the male body, they don't have ovaries, ok?" 😂😂
A hilarious, subtle, & very fast shot at those too slow to catch it, whom it was directly fired at, knowing they wouldn't catch it. Love it. LMFAO!
True, but for men if you are wearing pants and belt too small for your waist size that can put pressure on that joint.
Only liberal men and Democrat have ovaries.😂
@@blackblizard22 ..because of the estrogen in their soy 🥴
He is getting there...Turkey.
Thank you doctor I wish I can see you I am been pain for seven months and I love you knowledge thank you 🙏 ❤️
I can't say enough about how much your videos have helped me!
@@aboomalacani2732 Every movement meaning just every day actions?

Doctor Berg my doctor said my estrogen is a bit low, would that sea kelp help me. I have sore back and sciatic flare up. I also don't have my uterus or ovaries any more as well as my gallbladder. I was wondering if lower back pain and sciatica could be from lack of estrogen.
I suffer from 3rd one! Will try this! Thankyou so much.
Thank you for this information! I've had SI joint problems forever. I'll put this to work.
I find the miniature skeleton very cute and can see where it's just easier for him to use.
He is the best doctor I know he really understand the responsibility tell the truth about health
So thank you 🤗
That is the craziest thing I have ever seen in my life! Thank you!
OMG dr Berg it works .. I'm in agony at the moment the physio said its a sacroiliac joint dysfunction .. as soon as i pressed the opposite side with a tennis ball against the wall the pain is relieving and i feel it less and less . Thank you so much for this video . 🙏🙏
Yes I have hit my tail bone a few times when I was a kid . It makes since the issues I have had .
This video is pure gold! Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Hey, thanks!
Love you Dr Berg.... could you please do a video on Wim Hof breathing for stress, or if you dont recommend.
Dear Dr. Berg thank you for the detailed info, learnt a lot. But I've constant pain in my upper buttocks for the last one month and it hurts a lot...walking hinders.
I'll truly appreciate your help...
I was hit from behind with the grocery cart from Costco and I am suffering from so much pain in that area thank you for sharing your knowledge
I went up the stairs at work one day and my SI pain flared. It was right before my menstral period. I'v also fallen on my tailbone a few times in my life. This is awesome information.
Five star goes to Dr Berg god bless you the world needs Dr like you
Dr. Berg... your sea kelp says it has 500 mg per capsule. If the ovary is my problem... how many of those should I take a day? And can you give me a ball park figure on how long it may take to fix the problem? I don't know how much longer I can take this pain.
I've had SI joint for 2 years. Thanks Dr. Berg!
You have the most informative videos I have ever seen !
Thats awesome!
Dynamic few minutes of information, Thank you, Wonderful
I wish you lived In New Zealand 😊 you are so knowledgeable and so helpful!
I'm also in NZ, thank goodness for UA-cam videos 😁
Thankyou.
Thank You Dr. Berg my husband did have a tailbone fall I will definitely have him watch this video !!
You are always right on time Dr!❤
Joint hypermobility(ligament laxity) causes SI joint pain. He missed that
Best DR I swear has all the answers
Thanks 🙏🏾 once again and look forward to a reply
P.s, I had that SI Joint Shot a year and 3 months ago, it helped for about 2months ago and Back came the #PAIN, I also have a SI Joint belt it helps some, but as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic it moves a lot
Andre Tate why won't you go to Virginia see him personally. Good RECOVERY.

I had to have injections in my SI joints and throughout my spine every 2-3 months 😔😭 I'm surprised your doctor didn't reschedule you for a follow up and schedule you for another injection 🤔.
Berg. I have hope for relief in 2021.
i think you should add a warning, no sea kelp for people who have hashimotos.

I am going to work. I start this beautiful Woking day with your video, tonnes of thanks,
You make my life so much better in so many ways! Thanks for all the amazing knowledge!! 🙏
