I have to watch the video also. But I am so new to crocheting that she is going to fast for me. Maybe one day I will be able to do this.
@@jennifertrahan7594 If you check at the bottom right hand side of the video, you will see the 'settings' button. Click on there and you will find you can slow the playback speed down. Playing it at a slower speed may help give you time to figure out exactly what Sirin is doing. I hope that helps you. :)

@@SirinsCrochet y don't u slow it down I lot off kids want to learn this all around 16 years off ages so I new to it to now a bit going to fast for aearner u get more like if u go slower I now it must be hard think when u learned to fast look for so1 eles but work beautiful I write this because they like it they understand u very well. You can slow the video down under your UA-cam settings. It can slow it down as much as you need or for others, does it up if needed. Hope this helps. Just find this tutorial & making the blanket myself for my daughter.

That's the beauty of UA-cam; pause when you need to pause. Did you know UA-cam also allows you to control the playback speed. There's also a transcription option

I'm currently working on this blanket now but I got the pattern from another channel. I love the yarn you chose. Single ply yarns are great at showing stitch definition. I'm making mine much bigger for my own bed and I'm using a 4 ply acrylic yarn in various colors. Initially I wanted it to be a temperature blanket but changed my mind. It'll probably still take me a year to finish it.

Am making this. I used a softer yarn, which made flatter shells. It's still beautiful! Going to make several of these. The one I made in Mandela yarn in blues looks like waves. Thankyou for this pattern!
