    Did this one this morning. Very good, my heart rate got up there and at times I had to pause. Added a spring for the side oblique work to protect my shoulder. Thank you for all you do for us!

      Just completed the workout! Love that chest expansion stretch with hands on the frame and the eccentric quad challenge! Great variety and flow 👌
