Omg I tried this yesterday and it works!!!! I saw a difference on my right leg. I will continue to do these stretches. I'm doing this not only for height but to relieve my knee pain for whenever I do jumping exercises

Hi I did this for like 20 days, everyday morning. I grew 1cm or 0.5cm lol but thank you so much masumi ❤️ helpful and made me Abit more stretchable ❤️ the reason why I didn't continue is because I gained alot of laziness and not enough time. Good luck to everyone who is doing this stretching:)

@@kkkk___ Hii, youve seemed to pass your growing age but if you try to do it everyday for more than a month, you might grow one cm or so. if youre not a person who likes to exercise you should try the most simple stretches to help you grow, dont let yourself overwork. i also recommend you some outdoor exercises that might help in your growth or make you thin.. like hiking, cycling, playing basketball, playing badminton, skipping and swimming...my genetic is also short but i did grow a few centimeters hahaha.
@@kkkk___ also! Forgot to mention 😭😭 try going to the doctor's and do whatever he tells you to. You maybe can also try taking the pills they might give you.

i was doing her another height increase video.for 1 month . in this one month i only grow 2 cm(152) . but when she upload this video one month before i started to doing this exercise , and now im 157 or 158 cm . so guys believe yourself u can do it . do not lose hope in only 1 week , do it regularly . and eat a lot protein . love u , by stay safe stay healthy . I did this workout in bed before sleeping at night. My height is 155cm after one week of doing the workout it added 4cm which is I'm already 159cm.

i suggest definitely do this, I didn't take measurements but my friends started noticing my height growth (they didn't know about my stretches) and i actually got taller than one friend who was my exact height before :)

@@patriciaunrau9578 It most definitely works! However you also have to take other matters that affect your growth into account (age, weight, genetics, how much water you drink a day etc. can affect how much it works)

@@exercise2073 I grew about half an inch (I'm just shy of 5 feet). It may not seem like a big difference, but previous to these stretches, it took me half a year to grow the same amount, so I would say this video is effective :)

Well I have felt a lot demotivated about my height but I'm still trying to not lose hope and doing this.. my hamstring is actually swollen because i overdid a stretch recently of a height exercise reel but i feel I should trust masumi and my body.. i can do this

Day 1(on the 1st of January)-done✅i did 2 times, it was a bit difficult, but I succeeded 😃
Day 2(on the 2nd of January)-done ✅ I did it once in the morning, I was too busy all day😬
Day 3-done✅ I did it once before i go to sleep💤,it was a little easier and more relaxing
Day 4-done✅ I did it twice, the first in the morning and the second in the evening,It wasn't that easy, but my legs were extremely relaxed and flexible😉
Day 5-done✅I did the stretches before bed, it was a bit hard, but I can say that my legs are becoming more and more flexible and relaxed😎💕

This really helped I tried it for 3 days and my legs length increases by 1 inch and thick thickness reduces by 1 inch but it can't help on my calf. Must try it

Oh my gosh I can't believe it works 😱 My right leg is longer than my left leg because my hip is not aligned. So i tried to do this exercise only in my left leg to see if it will be aligned with the other one😙 and it did 😱😱 can't wait to see results if i do this every day 😘😘 thank you for this 💙💙💯
