Hello Masumi I am Faiza from Bangladesh. I am 13 years old.
I started this exercise on 15th April 2024. A week ago my height was 146 cm . 1 week later when I checked my height I was totally amazed! I grew 3 cm taller!! I can't explain how happy I am. Now my height is 149 cm. My goal height is 167 cm. I did not give up hope.I do this exercise 2 times in a day. Also I follow some rules of increase height. Hope I can be 167 cm one day. Thank you very much Masumi. And everyone should do this exercise.
I follow some rules to grow tall-
1.drink enough water
2.sleep straight
3.sit straight
4.drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday
5.jump rope everyday
And drink enough water before the exercise

I’ve been doing this ever since, I was 5’2 since 19. I started years ago now 5’9. I got really flexible and I noticed I can roundhouse kick, above my friends head. These exercises have many other benefits too. Do it everyday make it a habit.

BY the way I am pointing out stretching in general not the time of release of this video. Stretching is one of the main components of getting taller. Stretch at least 30 minutes or more a day.

I am also one of the short people and I really wanna tell you guys one thing, that being shorter in height is not a wrong thing...
We all are beautiful..
I understand how you all feel when you have to face all those tall people and there hateful comments .I understand that pain.
Even I have gone through all those things.I used to cry everyday in school when I heard things like look at that shorty,this is not a lost child centre and all those so called sarcastic comments.
There is one thing that I have understand that god might not have blessed me and many people like me with a good height, but he surely have given all of us a good heart which resists to talk wrong about anyone even if they trouble you to your limits.
Please don't feel hurted because of such comments .You have been blessed with a heart of gold.Cherish it and keep forging towards your goals.

Your exercises are really effective. I was 4'10 but doing your exercises l am approximately 5'2 ALHAMDULILLAH. Goal is 5'5. I highly recommended it for increasing height .

I try Masumi's exercises, every video for two weeks. I tried 2 videos and felt a small stretch. I finished the third video for two weeks. Today, I will measure tomorrow and start doing the exercises in this video.

cause your are above 18 you might get taller slowly but it you were below 18 you may have grown 3 cm on this dayd

Update: I was able to do it everyday on my first week when I started it but I wasn't able to continue as I was busy with preparation of my graduation and for my enrollment this coming school year. If you're wondering if this works i think it does. Although i was only able to do it for about a week i think i gain half an inch taller. Will probably do this again if i have the time.

It's very effective exercise . I did it in the morning as well as in the evening and I grew 1.5 inche in just 3 weeks .

Thanks a lot for this exercise. I am 17 years old girl and going to be 18 this july. I did this exercise for nearly 2 weeks and my height increased by 0.75 cm. I checked again and again. I don't believe in sudden increase in height as this is ofc not possible but I will surely continue with ur exercises as these are helping me way too much.
