This is still one of the best choreographed fight scenes I’ve ever seen in a Spider-Man movie. They really utilize Spidey’s acrobatics in ways that make every hit he throws out look incredible.
It definitely improves over the action scenes of the first movie, which was Roger Ebert's main gripe with that film - too cartoony. Personally, I'm fine with that level of camp and I think the first one was probably the best superhero film up to that point in time (after Superman 1 & 2, of course), but the sequel is definitely superior.
