Considering that it took Otto building 4 independent AI to control the arms, it says a lot when Starktech can not only override all 4 AIs at once, but also control them all without interrupting its own services.
There's also the era of technology that was limiting Doc Ock's potential. If Spider-Man 2 happened in modern times, Otto would be right on the money with most of his projects. But here's a secret to AI: there hasn't been many breakthroughs in the last 12 years, only minor improvements.

It’s kinda cool and crazy to see old tech vs new tech and how doc ock’s is pretty old but manages to beat Tom’s new tech before gaining control
This scene was awesome. Peter's suit pairing with docs tentacles was brilliant.
0:20 Deadpool reference
peter's giggles when he controlled the tentacles 😆
Tobey is the greatest Spider-Man of all time. He’s the official goat 🐐 6-0.
This scene gave so many goosebumps in theatre ❤
The fact that this takes place on the Cross Bronx Expressway is so epic
@@JustinWilliams-ed2ug yea cuz Spider-Man, a NYC street level hero who lives in Queens and works in Manhattan, would go fight the sinister six in South Dakota. Totally.
7:01 doc ocks face was clearly saying "I have soo many questions right now, but first, give me back control over my arms!"
Bruh i just realized peter defeated doc ock via Bluetooth
Lmao
Once I saw Green Goblin back in the big screen for the first time, my childhood fear of him had finally came back. He doesn’t give me nightmares anymore but he’s still scary
DOC OCK IS BACKK OMGGG! 🫢🤭
Funny how the Sony Marvel films work more than the Disney Marvel films
I like how the helicopter in this scene was just an environmental hazard.
"It looks like he is trying to stick Spiderman into the rotors."
"Okay, that sounds good. We'll just hover here."
2:00 and 2:15 “Hello Peter”
This feels like one of the only moments in the MCU when the Hero's mask comes off for a good reason
He's really channeling Robert Downey Jr in this scene
Peter-1: "Listen sir if you stop smashing cars, we could work together and I could help you find your machine"
Me: You do not want to help him find his machine Peter-1, I'm telling you
Doc ock said ''catch ''😂
Fun fact: at 1:53 you can see that the reason why he is warning people to flee is because there's a ford pinto on the bridge, which could blow at a moments notice
Is the book being called Flashpoint a reference to DC?
I remember seeing this movie on release day and EVERYONE cheering when Alfred & Willem hit the screen.
Love the fact that they fought on the cross Bronx highway
This proves that Molinas Ock was no joke, he was going toe to toe with Spider man with a heavily upgraded suit that can unleash 4 more metallic limbs. And winning too as ock would of stabbed him if his suit didn’t regenerate fast enough
0:10 The display really just says " heres da lady ur looking 4"
never noticed it but it says “new message from flash” so thats why it’s in slang
It would have been funny if this whole time it was Mysterio just messing around with Tom Hollands Peter 😂😂😂
Did you read that before you posted? Hahahahahaahah
@@cleduc5059 no that’s boring we already saw that
Or better idea, a version of Mysterio who is an actual sorcerer battles Strange at the end
No, that would be have been dumb.
I had a huge smile on my face throughout the whole scene
7:04 He talk like Tony Stark here
Alfred Molina like Dafoe born to their villains Doc Ock and Goblin, its impressive.
Bros connected to Doc Octs airpods, tragic.
You're not Peter! You're just some common Spider.
This Peter never ascended to the position of reporter
Peter's technology is far more advanced than previous Spiderman's. This is because of his universe's Tony Stark.
When the MIT Assistant approached Doctor Octopus do you think she should’ve repeatedly hit him with her purse?
1:42 WHY ARE YOU RUNNING?!
This goes to show that every villain spiderman fought can be as strong as thanos
Bro what? Thanos is way stronger 😂
That's exaggeration right there
Spiderman lifts 4,000 lbs.
Thanos & Hulk lift over a million tons.
