Appreciate your time putting this together. Great demo of the climbing and how you actually use this equipment. Nobody shows that kind of detail. I am just getting into this sport and really liked the added details. Thank you.
Wow man. Thanks for a very detailed and Un-biased review. Those are rare these days especially with the bigger brand companies. Maybe some tips to help with some of the flaws as i have the pro 2300. The water bottle pocket. I run a Nalgene so I take that bottom compression strap on the side of the pack and run it through the loop that holds the lid. Cinch it down and it won't move. Or if it does bounce out in extreme cases it's still attached. The middle pocket on the outside I use similar to you. I stuff my gloves all the way in the bottom. Then just have my face mask and beanie on top of that. Only zip it down half way to access everything. Another thing I do is use it for my rain gear. I will roll the pants and the jacket up separately where they are about the same height as the pocket but pretty thin in diameter. Like little bigger than an empty paper towel holder. Put one on each side inside the pocket. My other option for rain gear it I stuff them in a stuff it sack and strap them to the bottom straps of the pack. I also struggle a bit to get the bow strapped back on the pack while up in the saddle. Before you grab your bow try unclipping your pack and moving it to a loop on your hys strap closer to you. Helps not have to reach as far. Thanks again for the video and I look forward to more!
Thanks brother! And thanks for the tips on the water bottle. I have a couple I can try that with. We seem to use the pack in very similar ways! I will definitely try moving the pack closer when attaching the bow while in the tree. Thanks again for the support! 💪
Awesome review Rob, subbed! Do you think the straps across the front will be durable enough to carry a platform and sticks together? I would really like to save the interior for layers and gear and not have to put a platform inside. My only concern is the durability of the straps carrying 7-8 lbs of a platform and sticks.
@@zb5715 thank you!! For what it’s worth, the straps carry my one stick which is about 7lb, with no issue. Something I strap my bow to it. I think it would be fine if you can figure out how to strap it all on there
