Jamel, I compared notes with the List Source. According to Redfin more house sold within a particular zip code than what was quote on Source List. (Mhmm, How reliable is List Source)?
Can you explain absentee owner and the market? List Source only quote nine houses sold. within my market during the last three months. In October, alone nine houses sold according to Redfin. (in one of the zip code). Am I missing something? Within the past 3 months, I count 21 houses....(that's where I stopped). There were much more. Is List Source reliable? Maybe I missing something. I am trying a few sources, one that is building a PPC campaign for me and another that sends over live leads. Supposedly the PPC campaign takes a while to get going. I did get a deal done from the new live lead vendor I work with now. Anyone else have experience with different lead sources?

I think so he said in the video when he first started he did all of this like creating an LLC after but creating one first helps for tax purposes
