    I saw the wall handstand and I was like, “sure I can do that!” Lol suffice to say that I did plank hold instead.

      practice, and practice, and practice- you‘ll get those handstand holds 💪🏼 I mean I thought I can do 50 seconds easy (no way, maybe you can see in the video, I struggled too 😂😂) but we will get thereeeee 💪🏼💪🏼😍

    I prewiewed it and I will try it! 👏🏻 Wall Handstand has always been a challenge for me, I have never been able to do it but I saw you use a different method to do it, so I will try it 💜

    How do you practice a handstand to be able to do one? Also,do you have any tips on improving push ups, so that you can lift your whole body altogether rather than sinking at the hips?

    Mich würden auch ein paar Sachen interessieren die man beim Training falsch macht oder Übungen die man lieber nicht trainieren sollte, es aber eine Art „Vorurteil“ ist

      @@andreafraga7045 High Intensity interval training - Predominantly focuses on exhausting all energy in short bursts of time expanding maximal effort. An example being a short sprint for 15 - 30 seconds followed by a rest period. (The greater your fitness level the shorter the rest should be).
      Other examples:
      - Jumping
      - High Knees
      - Shuffling side to side
      - Medicine Ball Slams
      - Battle Rope
      - Skipping Rope
      - Mountain Climbers
      As the video above showing is Circuit Training -Which Is for individuals who are always on the go or trying to maximize their time with a more efficient workout in a short time frame.
      An example being performing 5 - 8 exercises in a row without or minimal rest. (Can be with machines that are assisted, Dumbells, bodyweight, Medicine ball, barbell, and many other different forms of movements.)
      The key is to target and work as many muscle groups as possible while doing this in a short period of time.
      An example one circuit can be:
      Performing 12 - 20 repetions of the following with minimal rest ***Based on your fitness level & goals
      - Bicep Curls with dumbells
      - Shoulder Press With dumbells
      - Dumbell chest press
      - bodyweight squats and lunges
      - Seated Rows
      - Followed by Plank
      That would be one circuit. (Repetions would be based on load and weight. Generally speaking the heavier the load. Lower the reps. Lighter the load. Increase the reps)
