Where is the video of Danny playing in the background from?
“tOoL iS OnlY fOr SMarT PeOPLe”
I love Danny Carey!! Tool tops Nirvana any day of the F'N week!!!!!
Rubaida Allen brotha chill with that ignorance!!!!
Danny idolizes junkies dead and alive ones. Hating on Kurt and Nirvana is a bummer to hear from him
@@jayhall4213 Its ignorant to call that ignorant
Fact: Nirvana was only popular because they were different, not because they were good (which they weren’t).
@@edgyperson9589 they were okay
What interview is this from? I'd like to hear the whole thing
ua-cam.com/video/qPstmw9T3yU/v-deo.html
what kind of video editing is this?
When will this NEW music video be out? I hope the download on the album wasn't it.
Good point. I have no idea. The only upcoming event is the European leg of FI. Maybe release it in time with that? Or maybe at the end of the whole tour? A parting gift.
Those dc heads are creepy bro! I love it lol
I just last so much respect for Danny.. what a ridiculous commitment !!!!
Beat out my a dead junkie!
How can you not love this guy!!
The best drummer ever the GOAT
Nah...One of the best, but not the best!
@@vinyldiary6664 the Best living
Danny made laugh in this video. He is truly a gift to humanity.
My daughter was in a bad mood so I sent her this video.
Did he just said he had a country band with Jeff Buckley?
Yup!
ua-cam.com/video/BD7yJNqs4uU/v-deo.html
dude plays jazz, too. he's honestly not human, can do everything.
That one caught me by surprise too.
I was just surprised because I love the both very dearly so I really don't mind 💕💕
I had to make sure I was hearing that right
Danny carey and jeff buckley playing together? Jesus...
That's what I'm saying. How the hell did this not take off? Crazy ass shit..
...in a country band together.
Fishbone!! Hell yeah
I wish I could meet danny carey. I've spoken to people lucky enough to see them live and tell me they suck. I'd give anything to see Tool live as I'm a self taught drummer
Where is the rest of this interview?
the floating heads gave me a John Carpenter vibe.
Minneapolis/Chicago/Kansas City
what happened to this full interview?
Beat out by a fucking legend
That's a lot of Danny Careys
Can never be too many.
This is better than the recent Rick Beato interview. Get Danny high and let him rant
It's neat that Danny is quoted in Maynard's bio saying Maynard liked Nirvana before Nirvana made it haha
What did you think of the book?
@@toolbandtube i loved it. ive read it three times now. i think he did a great job telling his story and not just harping on the highlights that we all already know about. what did you think, mate?
I just learned how Kurt felt about TOOL last week. He compared the Sober video to the Brothers Quay stop motion animation and thought the Quays should sue. It was kinda funny in a way.
Lmfao. He just jokingly says it. He wasn't that serious.
Still made us click
I lost a lil bit of respect for him saying that. Everyone has demons danny and cosmic dawn.
Hes dead already No need to call the man a dead junkie
@@jaydoe647 I agree. I thought danny was better than that. Such a cold, heartless thing to say about someone so loved.
@@steadytoker616 trippy right? I figured he was more intelligent in that aspect but weve been bamboozled
For real tho.
Question Authority!
Always.
Phishbone live is insane!
Beavis and Butthead did bigger service to metal bands, than any other promoter..... most people discovered their fav metal band through BnB...... even bands which they were making fun of can thank BnB for promotion...... I remember BnB making fun of both AccepT and Grim Reaper...... til this day, still two of my fav bands
I'll see you in hell my friend. I'll see you in HELLLLLLL!
@@joedelorbe5410 yeah, a true NWOBHM classic...... wore that album out like twice :D
..best screensaver ever ..
Not sure what Nirvana record he's refering to. The unplugged album came out in 94
He’s talking about 'From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah'. Released in 1996, went to #1 on the US billboard 200.
@@codeblue8922
Bingo
If you live in the Portland area you likely hate Nirvana and Green Day. Every radio station plays them non stop everyday for 20 years
This is the first time I've heard ANYBODY mention Psi-Com.
Jane's Addiction was pretty famous but Psi-Com is known by very few people for some reason.
1996? I think it was released a live album by Nirvana? that album topped Number 1?
Yeah, only because curt died, so it made it "special".
wtf is this video😂😂🤣🤣🤣
LukiBoy pure awesomeness
Tool. It's basically Tool.
Made my day 🤣
Hannah Tariq :)
a true masterpiece
This is an impressionist.
Fishbone is red hot! Fishbone always had the best mosh pit audience... flying fish always had someone looking out for them!
Without the long hair Danny looks like a politician
Nirvana just kicked open the door for all the other acts that were already occuring. Even though i never listen to Nirvana anymore because i think its a mediocre everyone who got big during the 90s owe them a big debt of gratitude
No comparison what do ever!
I don’t think I’ve ever heard him swear this much before.
He is non stop!
I listened to this podcast a while ago, he was drunk af. You could hear the rocks clinking around in the glass.
Beardedcap that could’ve been justin chancellor though because he was there
@@ThReverend6661 if you listen to the entire podcast it's obvious Danny gets drunk af
IKR?
If i closed my eyes id would've thought it was Dennis McKenna talking 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Same kinda deal.
Same kinda deal.
Thank you, I was trying to work out who his voice really reminded me of 🤨😂 I know Careys voice well, but listening to this video really reminded me of Dennis McKenna! Such a similar accent and tone.
O gosh who made this video? ! Lol so cute. He has a contagious smile.
Love this interview. There is a reason grunge is as dead as fried chicken. It was a depressing scene.
That was Kurt's favourite food actually
