- Soundcheck was a documentary following particular musicians on their journey into sound, aired by the now defunct television station NPS (Nederlandse Programma Stichting). It was broadcasted in four episodes in august of 1997. Also starring were John Hayes & Vinny Fazzari, Mark Sandman [1952-1999] and Michael Franti.
Includes short live takes of Swamp Song by TOOL @ The Garage - Cincinnati, OH [1996_11_16].

Danny is the most down to earth and talk-to-able rock star. Met him once, he's totally nice, just like in this documentary.
its so impressive. they way he talks, feels and just look into his eyes. he is so clear and focused. straight on the way to the top. nothing could stop him at this point

... Now the only thing that comes up to my mind is why the fuck this documentary has been lost for almost a decade?! ... Perhaps there are other pieces of tool heaven out there, just waiting to be discovered? ... Let's hope so.

And Danny didn’t let down on the promise of more sampling. Fear Inoculum sounds like electronic bingo bongo shit drumming. I knew it was coming though; put yourself back In 2019, before this album, if you had to pick one, which is the worst album? They are all good albums, don’t get me wrong. But, pick the worst.
