@@kryoruleroftheninthcircleo4151 I always forget that movie exists, because it didn't have Arnold in it. I watched it but was disappointed because of that. No Arnold = No Terminator movie.
The Infinexos in T-2, the T-800 wins due to having files and data on the T-1000 while the T-1000 had little to no data about the T-800, probably Pops in Genisys had extensive information and knowledge on future models, due to them owning a T-800 and T-1000 early on. Smarts over brawn, sadly the movie wasn’t as good as it could have been.
Not gonna lie - I always found the models for the Terminator movies to oddly get worse after 2. Like seriously, you cannot get better than liquid metal. But honestly, looking back at 3: having a Terminator that specializes in destroying other Terminators is a brilliant escalation. Really, killing John is not the hard part. It's killing his protectors.
TheAwesomeDarkNinja Yeah good concept, but bad execution. When all is said and done, it failed to kill the lone protector and lost to it. Wasted idea that amounted to nothing, really.
The problem is the T1000 which is inferior to the TX managed to both damage the T800 to the brink of destruction and could have easily killed John if the protagonists didn't get lucky by having him glitch near in a foundry, he also had the sense to stay transformed while killing instead of going the intimidation route like the TX, just upgrading the T1000 would have been better than making an entirely new design.
The T-X is a serious downgrade from the T-1000. The fact that a terminator can be amorphous due to nanotechnology is quite intimidating. The T-X have a solid armored chassis is... somehow less threatening.
The tx technically for me the most and ldt original terminator model and besides other explaining what the others are, firstly easy said and done that the tx has a blasma canon , that she can kept the tech that one of the other terminators models weaknest in the future , bringing it to the past like let say a t 1000 is indestructable in the past but in the future war a blasma canon easily can destroy a t 1000 easily in battle. Plus t x can hack other high tech and has a flame thrower hand ad a saw, and the cmbine liquod meta and solid advance endo skeleton maes the tx more durable to shock blast like a shotgun that the t 1000 gets knock back from
@@iancruz6617 Sorry That was so dam hard to read and understand that I had to take a bash at translating. Is this what you were trying to write? The TX technology to me is better than the original terminator model an example of the reasons why are. Firstly easily said and done the TX has a plasma canon so she has use of the tech that other terminator models are weakest to in the future. Bringing it to the past like where lets say a T-1000 is indestructible but in the future war it's possible a plasma canon can destroy a T-1000 easily in battle. Plus a TX can hack and control other technology, has a flame thrower hand and a saw. Additionally the combination of liquid metal ( Mimetic poly alloy) and a solid advanced endoskeleton makes the TX more durable and resistant to shock and blasts like those from a shotgun where as the T-1000 gets knocked back from the same force.
The shot where he cuts his torso open and removes the battery is done practically, with a prop torso and Arnie kneeling behind the seat with his head in position. A lot of modern action films use way too much CG on close-ups, wounds, etc. where real props are difficult to beat.
@@mrvinyee7539 kinda blah theirs no fear factor like you had in terminator 1 and 2 makes the new terminators feel weak not only that but they reuse the same kinda terminator but just change the name

People dislike this movie, but I really do think it's very well done, compared to 1 and 2, I think 3 stands with them, it might be 2nd or 3rd but it's still a great flick for sure.
@Sebastian Peterson *Laughably bad* is still better than the nauseating awful of Dark Fate... even Genisys had the decency to reboot the timeline *before* killing off John Connor
it seems T850 the first terminator lose his skin covering on torso during beginning of film. T-800 was halfway(losing an eye ball), T2 - lose arm skin covering for Dyson.

@G E T R E K T 905 I guess you've put far more thought into this than I'd ever care to. 'Im a man' you say lol. Just the fact that you have to proclaim it makes you sound so small. @G E T R E K T 905 Never said I hated T3 back then (you're not paying attention). I like what I like regardless, even with an evolving opinion. The masses need not apply. The first terminator only started wearing glasses after his eye got damaged, to conceal it. The other two are wearing them because it's cool.
What are you talking about when you say the first two Terminator movies are criminally underrated as deep Sci-Fi movies? Okay, the first one maybe isn't that deep. But if you watch closely at the second one you realize that thing has a lot of depth to it. A lot of subtle acting that revealed greater truth about all the characters involved.

He must've gotten quite a confidence boost from hearing that T-800s took down a T-1000 & a T-X
It shows he gained some ego, making him more human
So, in Genisys he IS old AND obsolete
In this movie he's a T850.

2:12 when your cellphone battery pops
Additionally the combination of liquid metal (
Mimetic poly alloy) and a solid advanced endoskeleton makes the TX more durable and resistant to shock and blasts like those from a shotgun where as the T-1000 gets knocked back from the same force.
Title: t850 removes hydrogen fuel cell
Thumbnail: Talk to the hand 😂
The shot where he cuts his torso open and removes the battery is done practically, with a prop torso and Arnie kneeling behind the seat with his head in position. A lot of modern action films use way too much CG on close-ups, wounds, etc. where real props are difficult to beat.
to be fare. it looks really fake. i guess they spent all the prop money on Arnold's make up to hide his age.

@G E T R E K T 905 I guess you've put far more thought into this than I'd ever care to. 'Im a man' you say lol. Just the fact that you have to proclaim it makes you sound so small.
As we get older our opinions should change. Changing perspective is growth. If you see everything the same now as you did decades ago then you haven't grown (the true characteristic of a child). Maintaining one's opinion does not a man make, least of all regarding movies. Hopefully one day you'll see that the world's bigger than that.
@G E T R E K T 905 Never said I hated T3 back then (you're not paying attention). I like what I like regardless, even with an evolving opinion. The masses need not apply.
You must be super heavily invested into this stuff to think that someone changing an opinion on a movie rises to the level of 'spineless' lol. They're just movies! I find it equally bizarre and interesting that someone can even bring himself to care so much what others think.
Everyone has an opinion. That's life. The more you care the more you lose.
